Clean, friendly staff, only knock was elevator breaking down

Enjoyable stay

From Thursday afternoon until Monday morning no one cleaned our room.Had to go to front desk twice to get clean towels and was told they would clean, empty trash and refill coffee, it never happened. Manager was present at checkout and never apologized for the poor service

Room and staff were great. Breakfast was ok just wish it was a little more variety. Other than not being too fond of the breakfast it was a great hotel in a great location. Price was phenomenal

We have stayed here before. Great hotel and the breakfast is outstanding. The room was clean and quiet. We were close to everything we needed.

Great staff, especially accommodating due to the wildfire smoke the day I was staying. Hotel breakfast is pretty standard fare. The hotel is right next to the Woodfield mall although I don't believe there is access to the mall from the parking lot. Room was clean, albeit some of the decor felt a bit dated.

The staff, a 3 week new person (sorry I can't remember her name but she was so nice) and Emma were great.

This place is fantastic. Everyone was so nice and they work so hard. Room and pool very clean. Ample parking. Good breakfast. I have nothing bad to say.

Noisiest hotel stay ever. There was constantly stomping and banging from the rooms above us (we had two adjoining rooms and could clearly hear it from both). We checked in at around 4.00pm and were in the rooms for about an hour, the noise was constant. When we returned to the rooms at 10.00pm it was quiet, until 4.30am when it started up again and woke us up for the day. We left at 8.00am to get some peace and quiet from all the banging and stomping. Hotel said nothing they could do.

Would stay again. Convenient to IKEA, mall, and area restaurants. 20-25 min to Allstate Arena for concert. Good breakfast options - oatmeal, 2 kinds of waffles (make your own), eggs, potatoes, sausage, hard boiled eggs, cereals, pastries, breads & bagels, fruit, yogurt, and juices. Room was clean & just what we needed.

Convenient to the mall.

Anteriormente me he hospedado en este hotel, y debo decir que las instalaciones han decaído notablemente. El baño de mi habitación no funcionaba bien el lavamanos ni la regadera, la administración pudiera prestar mas atención a estos detalles. El personal siempre muy amable y atento. El desayuno es una gran plus y cuenta con bastante variedad de alimentos. El hotel está muy cercano al mall y opciones para comer y movilizarse en transporte público. El estacionamiento también es un plus.

Staff was awesome. Out of all the hotels I've been to so far they have the best breakfast.
