Rebecca at the front desk did a great job!

No breakfast. My room smelled like someone had just smoked a full pack of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Low budget option for sure !

Good location. Property not maintained well and terrible amenities

Excellent for the price. Have been there several times. However, I bring my own pan, plates and other cooking items. Excellent restaurant across the street.

Housekeeping is not responsive. Front desk is ok, but do not communicate with other staff. AC doesn't work well. Most important cam smell pot inside the hotel.

Jasmine at the front desk was very sweet and kind took care of me and the housekeepers were very sweet

There was a pungent smell whole stay and nobody change the sheets or care to give extra towels property was good bit there was a lack of cleanliness

It was a great place if you like the ghetto. Within a minute of parking my car, and walking away, people surrounded my car trying to get in. Noise all throughout the night, and noisy people always in the halls. Will never stay again.

The staff was very nice! I had an issue and it was resolved right away!

Staff was very helpful. Jasmine was particularly friendly and accommodating.

The amenities were good and the size of the suite was pretty nice. The place was very dirty, the guy at the desk looked very unprofessional and stank like an ash tray, the kay cards are obviously very old scratched up, there were multiple guests who were frequenting the hallways that made me feel like they were keeping an eye on us, one room in my hall had really strong marijuana smell coming from it, the noise in the stair well was like an electrical hum but it was loud enough to hurt my daughters ears

Undergoing renovations. Renovated rooms were nice, properly equipped with kitchen utensils. Not fancy but not overpriced. Manager and staff very nice. Could use more choices for channels on television.

I always love staying at Mainstay suites. Its perfect location, everything you need. Laundry , gym, kitchen, large rooms, nice bathroom and shower Nothing.

Need overall update from floor to ceiling. Currently working on the 3rd floor. Staff is excellent

The room had ants. The smell was bad. The furniture was old.

I always stay here when I come to schaumburg. Once I found this hotel, I haven't gone anywhere else. It has what you need. Big spacious rooms, very nice bathrooms, a gym, laundry room, free WiFi, nice tv, across the road from the mall and restaurants. Good pricing. What else can you need. Nothing.
