Great service.

The hotel was very nice but the clocks in the room were all not properly set. Front desk was the most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. I was amazed at the efforts made to ignore me with no one else in line. No effort to help and this was a four day stay so it wasn't just one person. Never felt so unwelcome. Hospitality training for the desk is highly encouraged.

My family had a great 2 night stay, the rooms were clean and AC worked well on VERY hot day! My kids loved the pool, which was large and well maintained. The breakfast had many great options and included fresh food, overall was a great stay!

For sure, the responsive staff made for a fine stay. The breakfast options provided an adequate variety of items. Facilities (pool, exercise room) were excellent. Not much, for what we needed.

Hotel carpet felt sticky.

Flexible parking options, Autumn (staff) was very helpful, she provided me with all the information about the hotel’s amenities. The rooms were very clean and one of my favorite things about this hotel is the fitness center. This hotel is also located near plenty of restaurants and shopping centers, some are within walking distance. Would def recommend staying here!
