Room was clean & everyone was nice

Looked exactly like the photograph. Clean, smelled fresh. Close to the shops amd restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. I was in the in the area on business. Nice location with great selection of dining options nearby and close proximity to Chicago O'Hare.

Great stay, nice gym, helpful staff.

Overall pretty clean. The pool was very small. did not feel comfortable using it. too close to other guests. my remote to the TV did not work. Called the front desk, I was put on hold. they never came back to the phone, Had to go down stairs to the front desk to get batteries replaced. There's a note on the water bottles that are in the room saying you get charged if you drink the 2 water bottles in the room, unless you are a "Gold Member". As much as I paid for the room, you do not get free breakfast. Also on a few different occasions someone tried to get into my room with their key card, turning the handle. There was a door between my room and the room next door. a couple different times someone tried to open it. Felt very unnerving.

Maintained and clean

Our flight was canceled leaving us stranded in O’Hare. The Hilton was able to get us two rooms across the hall from one another at the very last minute. Rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable,the restaurant whipped up dinner and drinks. and everyone was helpful and welcoming. They made a really bad day into quite a nice evening.

Very clean. Check in lady was very helpful with giving recommendations for restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again.

I didn't like no vent in the bathroom and that's very bad because you can't have good fresh air in the room.Also when you take a shower it was moist no breath to the bathroom . I didn't like the carpet in the room.The room had unpleasant smell.

The hotel was fine I couldn't sleep your need was nice and firm. But the pillow ate horrible they are too calm soft in a big man and I need support on my neck hey rid of those cheap as pillows the suck

Our room was clean, up-to-date and the jetted tub was a nice additional. Was close to everything we were interested in.

Everything was clean and staff was kind.

I’m seriously thinking of getting a new mattress after sleeping on theirs. Soooooo comfortable!! (Didn’t realize how worn my own mattress was!) My stay was very nice, quiet and clean.
