Comfort Inn Chicago Schaumburg - O'Hare Airport

Overall great stay and value for the money.

The stay was great overall. The room needs an extra bit of cleaning because there was some mold spots here and there, especially the curtains where the AC is located and the desk.

Very nice experience all around!

Room was nice, clean with microwave and refrigerator. Free breakfast included hot food. Tub drain was slow so standing in water.

This is the perfect place to stay near O'Hare airport. The amenities like included breakfast are a nice perk. The staff is helpful and overall it's just a nice stay. The location is also good, close to nearby restarants and stores.

Paid too much money to be treated like we were doing something wrong to just eat our breakfast. Literally said we not allowed in the kitchen to get anything. I told her the paper plates were out Sunday so there are paper plates paid 776 dollars to stay there and sleep couldn’t get enough towels to wash up either first embassy I stayed at that made me feel uncomfortable trying to eat breakfast the staff is lazy when it comes to customer service

Honestly this place was really grimy, there was hair on the bathroom wall which basically told me they didn’t clean the showers. There were stains on my pillow covers and on the lamp shades which I didn’t know was possible. I only stayed because I needed a place to stay for a few hours bc my flight was cancelled but god I wish I just stayed at the airport instead

No water pressure for a hot shower. No hand soap for the sink. Had to go get our own towels. Phone didn’t work. Breakfast was below the bare minimum.

The tv didn’t work staff never came to fix it, told us they would be there to check but never did, my baby pacifier fell behind the bed when I moved it to get it, it was dirt and hair all behind the bed and on the under sheet

A beautiful property with really good service. Every detail contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was immaculate, the amenities were great, the staff were genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended.

Very nice. Breakfast options are limited if you stay for more than one day. It’s like having the same thing over &over. But it was included so can’t complain too much

Shuttle service takes forever and almost the same price as an uber. Room wasn’t clean. WiFi doesn’t work.

The water in the tub in room 336 fills up. Very annoying. That’s an important matter that needs to be addressed.

Clean hotel and rooms. Very nice staff. Odd smell in the room - not entirely unpleasant but noticeable. Shower pressure was abysmal. Breakfast was good.
