One of the Elevators were down, one stall was down in the womans bathroom, the room carpet was cut and rooms needs an upgrade.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, used to be a nice hotel, but this recent visit definitely starting to show its age. Paid extra for a corner room, one of the blinds had a big tear in the fabric, the carpet also had a big torn spot that looked like a fix we attempted but not successful. Paint chipping everywhere, cracked tiles in the bathroom. Only 1 of the 2 elevators seemed to be working. Room was at least cleaned well did appreciate that. So it was ok but not great, probably will look other properties next time I’m in town.

I had ants in my first room the only compensation I was offered before calling Hilton directly was extra points or free breakfast after a non-thorough room cleaning was conducted. I called Hilton and was given back a pet fee. Staff was kind side form that issue and aside from ants the property was clean. Also when renting the banquet hall they didn’t want to offer dishware until we complained that we have food wouldn’t it be helpful to have plates if we have a room for sitting and eating. Pool was down for summer and ice maker in all floors except one wasn’t working.

Elevator was broken, so only one was working our entire stay of six days. The hotel was completely booked and packed at all times. Therefore, there were always long waits to get into the elevator. The hotel was extremely warm. But the worst experience was the noise and lack of ability to get any real rest. We were not told in advance of a expo or car show that was going on at the hotel and in the adjacent parking lot. There was music, loud music and people for hours up through the night and throughout the day under our window. Overall, not a happy experience and felt trapped for my visit.

I will absolutely avoid this particular Doubletree in the future, as the young man’s attitude was unacceptable. He just didn’t care! I’ll be reaching out the manager of the hotel as well, however don’t expect anything to come of it. We were not able to stay at this hotel due to the sleeping arrangements we were offered. If I make a reservation for a specific room style, that’s what I expect on arrival. I’d steer clear of this location if you actually need the room you booked. Very disappointed!

The area is perfect for walking and shopping. There is a huge mall nearby, and all the stores are within walking distance, which makes the location incredibly convenient. I especially love that there is a large Asian grocery store right next to the hotel. They offer many delicious ready-made foods, including Korean-style fried fish, soups, and other fresh dishes. I buy fresh food there almost every day, and there is no need to order an Uber, which makes the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

To start we arrived at our hotel pretty late like 6 pm and then we find out the news that we can’t check in until 9 pm which is exhausting after a long flight, then we check into our room and it’s the wrong room we wanted 2 queens but we got 1 king, which for 1 adult and 15,16 year old isnt logical so I had to sleep on the couch sitting and uncomfortable. Then the room had crumbs on the floor and dirtiness on the bed. Apart from this the staff said they couldn’t do anything about it. Then the next day we leave for the day expecting to come back to a clean room but for the first time ever (I travel for work so I often stay at hiltons) the room is fully unmade, we call and ask and the staff say we have to ask to get our room cleaned we were never informed about this whatsoever at check in. Then the staff has the audacity to tell us that we can make it ourselves at 11 pm if we want to truly no help. Manager also was of no help whatsoever when we were finally able to reach her days later.

Always like staying at doubletree. However, we did not have a working shower. When we went downstairs to address it, no one was at the front desk. When we finally got someone, they said there was nothing they could do. Two nights and we had to use the hot water from the sink in order to “shower.” I understand things happen but it would have been nice if a manager or something even attempted to reach out. A shower is an important amenity during your stay so pretty disappointed. The man at the front desk we dealt with was very nice though.

Room carpet old & dirty. When u walk in the girls at front desk only cared about chatting with each other . No hello’s unless u interrupt there chatting. Only 1 elevator working & the one that was it was hot & stuffy & u have to wait a long time for it . Definitely won’t be staying again anytime soon.

We were disappointed that they didn’t have a complimentary breakfast available. Otherwise we had a good stay. The room was clean and staff were helpful. There was not a hair dryer in the room but we were able to get one very easily. The staff was very friendly and the area was quiet.

This hotel stay was absolutely awful. The first day a portion of the ceiling fell in the room. The “clean” towels had several stains and pubic hair on them. The room I was moved into due to the ceiling falling had a large chunk of the ceiling in the bathroom peeling off and falling down. I witness another guest have a bathroom accident in the lobby and the literal human feces was left on the lobby floor until late morning the next day (well over 12 hours). We left the staff know of our issues throughout the stay and apparently no notes were made or anything. When we checked out we were told we had a happy stay and that we just wanted something for free. The front desk people were incredibly rude. The place is filthy top to bottom and we will never stay at this hotel again.

Check-in was pleasant, and I appreciated being offered one of the signature cookies. However, when I got to my room, I realized it was a connecting room. Due to a previous bad experience, I called the front desk and politely asked to switch. I was told, “Sorry, we’re sold out,” with no empathy or effort to help. The next evening, after work and the gym, I returned and asked for a cookie since I had enjoyed it the night before. The same employee gave me one. When I politely asked for a second, she refused, saying they were “short on cookies,” even though the drawer appeared full. It was only around 8 PM. While I understand limits, the interaction felt cold and unfriendly. The room was acceptable but outdated. My biggest disappointment was the lack of hospitality. Great service isn’t about saying yes to everything—it’s about making guests feel valued. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed rather than appreciated.

We arrived into town at 7pm and were told that the room was not ready. We waited for 3 hours in the lobby for it to be ready. The email I received prior to checking in said that I can check in to our room anytime after 3pm. My son and I needed to get up very early the next morning, so this was extremely frustrating. In addition, when we finally got our room, we opened the door to find only one king bed, even though we had prepaid for a room with 2 doubles. After chatting with the front desk, they informed us there was not a roll away available nor another room with 2 beds, so our option was an additonal room with a king bed, which was very kind to offer, but my son is 15 and I was not thrilled about him sleeping 2 floors above on his own. In addition, the television in the room did not work and the shades were broken, falling off the wall, so there was no privacy from the outside. Lastly, the pool was under construction and this was not told to us prior to check in.

Let’s just say it wasn’t my favorite stay

Poor check in. We reserved 2 queen beds and was told they didn’t have that. Only had a king. We had 4 people. They found a room, gave us keys that didn’t work, was given new keys. They worked only to find the room had one bed. Came back down, was told again they didn’t have 2 queen room. Then they ‘’found’’ another room. This one was correct.
