No it’s old and dirty The cleaning

The hotel room was not as expected. Outdated and dirty flooring, noisy when people walk in the hallway or in the other rooms, the bathroom felt like it needs a deep clean. They need to clean up this hotel.

The room was adequate. It was old and tired, but at least felt clean. The hotel is in need of updates and some rooms look worse than others. The stairwells are very dirty. Breakfast was minimal - just some packaged muffins, bars and packets of oatmeal. Coffee is only served during the breakfast hours. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area is safe and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

For the price point this property operates at, everything was great. Clean and no odors. Definitely worth considering if you are in a budget.

The property was conveniently located to our event. This facility is completely rundown. We had a difficult time checking in, no one was at the front desk for about 15 minutes. We were unable to open our door as the door lock was broken, the shower was completely disgusting, and there were holes in the curtains. We were concerned to touch surfaces or even walk on the floor because everything was so dirty. People were running up and down the halls and you could hear every step from those in the room above us. We were only there 2 1/2 hours and decided to leave. We packed up all our belongings and left for our event and did not return to stay the night.

Nothing I booked a room they told me they didn’t have my room and I could get a refund biggest waste of time and money EVER. Staff lied to me saying they’d refund me and i still haven’t received anything Nothing

It was close to where I needed to be The building was dirty, the hallways were not cleaned the whole weekend. The flooring by the elevator was in disrepair. The desk staff was never there.

Absolutely disgusting. Our room was flooded with toilet water. We got a new room and it smelled like straight up cigarettes and there were roaches everywhere. Word of advice: DON'T CHEAP OUT!!

There was an awful smell.. the bed was not a queen..it was a full .. no towels ..windows were broken 100 degrees we were very unhappy.. were told there was breakfast but was coffee and nutragrain bar

Good value for the price! But I've never seen a hotel with so many weeds in the flower beds. Better to have rough flower beds than the actual beds I guess! Haha

It reeked of smoke and the breakfast is just oatmeal/muffins. There's a kitchen in the rooms but no cups/pans

Disappointing

The front desk attendant showed a lack of professionalism when she did not discourage a (likely intoxicated/under-the -influence...one who lacked a shirt) from being in my immediate transaction space and creating awkward and unwelcome relationship-oriented small talk. Upon receiving my room keys, I took the filthy-conditioned elevator to my floor and located my room...it was easy to find because it was the one with a 'seasoned' toilet plunger outside the door in the hallway...this was another red flag. Add to it that the carpet around the bed was DISGUSTING & stained. I DID immediately get a call from the front desk to see if my room was satisfactory...I asked for a pillow or two to supplement/replace the small and pancaked ones there...she said she was sorry and indicated she had no way of getting additional ones. I also learned that there were no hangers for the "closet" area, preventing me from ironing and hanging my clothing...I also found that ONLY had a bar of soap for the shower,..NO SHAMPOO. I was slated to stay two nights, but promptly began my search for another hotel and ended my stay early. GROSS
