Great staff

The location was nice and breakfast was enjoyable. Upon arrival the male receptionist acted with sexist behavior and ignored my wife when she walked up to the counter and would only talk properly with me. Any time my wife would try and speak to him, he was disrespectful.

Staff was awesome so very awesome Mercy is very kind, the breakfast was very tasteful and we like the fact that the hotel is dog friendly the location is nice The bedding had stains on it had to turn it around and the hot tub was not working

The room was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was standard hot breakfast from a hotel, bonus they had a pancake maker. everything was fine.

Location was perfect! Staff interactions were professional and friendly. The size of the room was great, too. Breakfast options and coffee were a nice perk! Beds were comfy, including the pullout. The room needed updates and repairs. The light on the table was broken making it feel dark and dingy in the kitchen area. There were dirty towels left on the bathroom counter, dirty dishes in the cabinet, garbage in the garbage can. One of the bedrooms has a large visible stain on it when it was pulled down.

Water damage on ceiling . Musky smell In room. Dirty smelly sheets . The carpet in room was nasty . I mean the room was just nasty. I had other family members staying in other rooms and they had same issues as me . The rooms needs to be painted , replaced carpet and the bed and sofa bed . I have nothing nice to say about this hotel . Do yourself a favor and find other place to stay . I will never go there again. It’s more like cheap motel not hotel .

I liked the location The cleanliness of the room. Doors needed painting, stains on carpet. Some doors were rusted. The Add was deceiving, stating it was a sofa bed but in turn it was a sofa. Staff couldn’t give me answers to my questions or contact for management. Requested an early check in only to be told I had to wait after 4pm.

Nothing went well except the location. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my husband’s and my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues that significantly affected our stay. When I entered our room, I discovered what appeared to be old, used underwear hanging over the sprinkler. I immediately reported this to the front desk, but the issue was not addressed. After returning from dinner, we had to make a second complaint and wait approximately 20 minutes before maintenance arrived and removed the garment. I found it very concerning that such an inappropriate and unsanitary issue was not addressed promptly after our initial report. Later that evening, my husband and I went to the hotel bar to relax. There was no drink menu because the bar was having a "soft opening." I requested a Piña Colada, but the bartender offered to make a vodka-based drink instead. While serving the drink, a significant amount was spilled onto the floor, and I was concerned by the bartender's demeanor, which gave me the impression that she may have been under the influence of alcohol. The drink was also extremely unpleasant, and I only took one sip. Although we were not charged and were offered another drink, I was not comfortable accepting another one under the circumstances. These experiences were extremely disappointing and fell far below the level of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest service I expected from Hyatt. They have unfortunately affected my willingness to stay at another Hyatt property. I would appreciate a response from management regarding these incidents and how they will be addressed. I hope Hyatt will take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the guest experience.

Breakfast was very nice We stayed 4 nights and no one came to clean our room or change bed linens I mentioned it to the front desk

It was a little bit of a struggle to get housekeeping to come in and take our dirty towels and bring new ones, we literally didn't expect anything more than that since we showered daily and cleaned up after ourselves. The place needed better upkeep. But, it wasn't horrible and we made due with the amount of time spent there. I do want to say the breakfast area was clean and I don't know the lady's name that made the omelets, but she was best. She was very nice and did her job well and more than the bare minimum expected of her.
