Our room was very hot, once we checked in, we adjusted the A/C, left for about 2 hours. once we came back the room was still hot and not cooling. We went down to front desk and they helped is change rooms, but once we changed... there was still a cooling issue. the living room was cooling fine eventually, but the bedroom never cooled down. it was a miserable night of sleep.

Unfortunately the air conditioner vents had mold growing in them. When I asked to change rooms I was told that all of the rooms have that issue and they need to have them cleaned. I asked for a refund since I couldn’t stay due to health issues. They would not accommodate. I would not recommend staying there.

Here's a polished version of your review: We didn’t have a great experience. We drove about 11 hours from South Florida, and when we arrived, the hotel lobby felt very warm. When we got to our room, it was extremely hot as well. I called the front desk, and the employee told me to lower the thermostat. Unfortunately, it took about three hours for the room to become comfortable enough to sleep. After such a long drive, I expected to be able to get into my room and rest right away. The hotel could also use some maintenance and updating. The shower had rusty areas and black buildup around the shower door, which made the bathroom feel unclean. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations.

I have to travel by myself a lot and sometimes I don’t get to pick the best hotels and I have to stay in some pretty bad places and then some pretty great places. I chose this as a stop point for the night and let me just say I slept so good. I don’t get a lot of time to rest and relax so I usually have to go to bed pretty quick. The bed was amazing and I could smell the laundry detergent which was very nice. I would say that’s a first for me the bed and the place truly smelled and felt clean.
