This La Quinta Inn Reliant-medical convenient to Rome with a helpful staff, good breakfast nice workout room and pleasant well maintained sleeping rooms. I recommend the hotel and will stay here again.

Clean remodeled rooms and bathrooms. Well worth the value. I have stayed multiple times while visiting Rome, Ga.

Both the sink and tub drain were clogged and drained poorly. Tub/shower needs repairs or upgrades

Everything was good. Smelled good in the hotel. Breakfast has many choices. Friendly staff.

No hot water in the entire facility!

The not so good: The shower in the bathroom was terrible. Barely comes out and took forever to get hot. Worst shower ever. The bathroom sink..no hot water. Forgot my toothbrush and front desk had none to provide. There was a bug the size of a rat in my room! It ran behind the bed and when I shone a light back there it was so filthy I had a hard time finding the rat bug. The room had nowhere comfortable to sit. The desk chair was wobbly. The elevator was broken. The hallway smelled strongly of weed.

Location okay. Having to pay a$100 incidental fee and there was no warning until checking into hotel. As a business traveler that’s our worse nightmare to be up charged $100 and is not included on your statement when you check out. It’s never good for business travelers. If you up charge let your customer know ahead of time you charge an incidental fee. I assure you most customers in business will never visit your property. I know I will never be back nor anyone on my team. Be honest and up front with your business practices, inform your customers you charge incidental fees up front. Most hotels never charge incidental fee and are better looking properties with more amenities. Yeah I will never return thanks but no thanks!!
