breakfast The site showed a hot tub and said it was one of the amenities. However,there wasn't one.Had I known there wasn't one, I would have stayed somewhere else. Then we were charged from your site, which I expected but was also charged from the hotel site.

The property appears to have been recently renovated so the lobby is nice. Our room was dirty. there were bugs and food crumbs in the pull out sofa as well as under it. My son found a half eaten chicken strip under the pull out sofa cushions. the sofa itself was also stained. The parking lot was terrible, potholes, etc. We even witnessed a hotel guest being arrested in the parking lot.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable everything was nice. Would stay again.

Good breakfast. Great location. Quick and easy check-in. Extremely steep driveway, but doable. Had a ladybug problem. I was told this as soon as I checked in so it was no surprise, and I’m from the South so it didn’t bother me at all but I can see how it may some people. They stayed around the ceiling so I never had contact with them.

It was fine. Was in the area for our son's wedding. Surprised when went to check out was told card declined. When she reswiped it went through fine. When we checked in desk receptionist was complaining about computer system and the price was different from what we were originally quoted. Was little upset with that part of my visit.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean.

Very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The shower did not have enough pressure.

location ice machines were broken. the elevator stoped working it was repaired after a short time , I booked thru a party and no way at arrival to get military discount ,

The room was very welcoming and cozy. Everything was clean. The bed was super soft and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, they serve a full HOT breakfast and also offer cereal, muffins & cereal bars. They do not do late check out. I was not leaving Rome until 3 pm. I had to pay the full nightly rate to stay 4 extra hours. That was unfair. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
