Good breakfast. Quiet room. Good proximity to restaurants for dinner

already had us on a list at the designated time. Shuttle was on time. Breakfast was okay for hotel breakfasts. Room was clean however the curtain was ripped which created the flood light from the outside to penetrate inside the room right over top of my bed!

Unfortunately the hotel wasthe cleanest to be honest. We had a clogged toilet from the evening we checked in and had to unclog it myself as there was no maintenance staff. We requested some discount as we charged $356 for the evening stay and conditions were not worth that money. They said there was no manager present and that they would reach out to us at some point. When I asked for a receipt for a breakdown of our room’s charges they would not give us one because we booked through Expedia. I don’t get that. Every hotel I ever booked through Expedia has always printed up a receipt upon check…receipt they would not give us o

Staff were very friendly!

There was a strong odour of marijuana in the halls of the hotel.

Breakfast was good, staff at the desk was great. Room cleaning could have been a bit better. But over all great stay. Water was hot, beds were comfortable and I would stay again.

Convenient, clean, easy quick airport shuttle

Stay met our needs. Parking is very limited if you arrive back at the property late a night. We had to take our towels to the front desk to exchange them because they wouldn't let us have more than 2 towels at a time and they did not service our room one of the days.

Good location. Clean. Right next to Qwik park.

The overall experience was excellent and the staff very amenable, cleaning daily with all the people involved and the breakfast superb! Great for taking you from the airport to the hotel and very peaceful and quite with some restaurants near by so it’s pretty well maintained and the staff always lending you a helping hand.

The carpet in the rooms need to be pulled up. It looks dirty. There are rusted areas in the restroom. The hotel just need to be updated for the price.

Perfect room for someone with limited mobility. Cleaned to perfection. Courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay. Shuttle bus was convenient. Really enjoyed our stay. This is a repeat hotel for us.

Very old...really should be renovated. Torn carpets that bubbled up in hallways. Old dirty grout on br tile floors, elevators that struggled to open and close doors. Our room king bed low but comfortable. Widow with broken screen and curtains that worked like the originals. Breakfast area with food that tasted like out of a vending machine. On a positive note, staff was friendly. Overall, barely ok. Would not stay here again.

Things to improve: Charging ports were coming loose from the wall, phone didn't work.

I'm preferably a cleaner room , we found bugs in the bathroom, AC was not getting cold.

This is a good place to stay if you have an early flight. Unfortunately, it can be noisy because you are in the flight path. Which makes sense since you are close to the airport. The hotel feels “tired” in the rooms. It is a little run down.
