Staff could use some customer service training

Fantastic Staff. Chrissie specifically. Good drop off and pickup service

Property is old but staff was courteous. A/C in room was noisy and one reading light was not working. Hotel overbooked king bed rooms and so we were given a double instead. Quik Park shuttle from airport worked well, driver was very helpful. Fine for one night.

We checked in at midnight for an early flight; a last-minute decision but the person at the front desk was so helpful we had an early flight and were going to leave before breakfast was served. She made breakfast bags for us yogurt fruit granola bar and water. I have never had that experience at a hotel I am so appreciative of the kind gesture for my aging mother and myself.

Dirty carpet in hall and room… dried food on floor. Refrigerator dirty.

The hotel did not have it noted that my reservation was prepaid through Engine so I had to pay at check-in. I contacted Engine support to help rectify this

Excellent location near the airport and airport parking with shuttle service. Breakfast starts early to accommodate travelers. Comfortable room though in need of updating. Friendly staff.

Good place to stay. No perks but does just the right amount! I love these properties!

air conditioning broken in room- no vacant rooms to move to so was given a box fan- got a new room the next day and the air conditioning was broken in that room so another night with a box fan.The hot tub was broken. there was no plug for my bathtub and maintenance didnt know where to find one. The shower and bath water ran at the same time and the thing that pulls up to turn the water into a shower was broken and maintenance wanted to change the taps at 10 pm. The restaurant was awful - I was the only one in the restaurant and it took them over 20 mins to make a sandwich and they still made it wrong

This hotel really needs upgrades One thing is the bathroom door would not close all the way. IHG should your room by room.

Our room had done maintenance issues. The door you open to get to the fridge was off of one of the hinges and the latch you fold over on the door for extra security was broken. I forgot to tell the staff about it.

Good breakfast choices. Tub faucet was running the whole time. The rooms smelled old.
