Everything was amazing. Only down side is the bar closes at 11 food stops @ 10

Great hotel, but definitely not a 4 star rating, maybe 3

Night staff was amazing the hotel seemed a little dated but functional room was pleasant . That ends the positive comments the check out started with me buying some thing to drink for 4.25 and handing the clerk a 20 and getting 15 in charge , i stood in confusion and asked again what was the price . Then was told oh we don’t have change and in my amazement she continued to check me out . I questioned was I supposed to take the loss or the million dollar company? She said most people just expect it I asked should you not have been asked that prior then she suddenly found the change in the draw she said they didn’t have . I was already in the fence about everything that the bldg had and if I would stay there on my way out of Detroit but that made it simple for me that’s a hard NO suggest you do the same.

The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there. The one gentleman in the evening was very nice

Staff were extremely rude. The Hotel was extremely ran down.

It took me about half an hour just to get into the room because the door didn’t work and they had to find and send a technician to realign the pain in the door lock. I was exhausted so I was happy to finally get into the room, but then the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. In a non-smoking hotel? I don’t even know how that was possible. I couldn’t sleep at all, and they couldn’t move me to any other room. For what it’s worth the staff was very nice and friendly and apologetic. I just don’t think that hotel is maintained while in the design is weird because I had a balcony overlooking the indoor pool and the whole place echoed and so when I tried to open the little balcony door to let some air and get the smell out then all I could hear was just people. Honestly, the Holiday Inn and the Fairfield are much better and cheaper.

This is a nice getaway from the Detroit Airport. The Sheraton shuttle comes every 20 minutes and we so easy. Hotel is clean with nice staff and amenities.

Everyone was very nice. My only complaint is the pool was not clean and my room wasn’t.

Helpful staff, and a spacious, clean facility. However, because the pool is in the middle of the building and surrounded by all the rooms, the noise level is incredibly high during pool hours—starting as early as 9 AM! Kids' screams and voices echo constantly. No free breakfast menu.

I have payed through Booking and I have been charged again with the cart I had to leave as guaranteed at the checkin. It is impossible to talk with somebody. I have called several times and there is a whole series of numbers and nobody answers. Only a machine. Not a good experience

It has a great atmosphere. It is nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Fast and easy check in. The shuttle from DTW was on time as they said it would be. I arrived late and there was a good selection of snacks and drinks to take care of the late night hunger from a long trip.

Clean as a whistle and comfy bed!
