The staff was friendly when we checked in, however we had a wake up call that they failed to make so we missed our shuttle and almost missed our flight

One of my favorite hotels in Detroit. Never have any complaints. 5 stars

Beautiful motel…everything was outstanding. We will definitely stay at the Sheraton each time we are at the Detroit Metro Airport, without a doubt.

The room was clean and big. I loved it. The ceiling in the bathroom needed painting other than that, i really liked the room Ceiling bathroom

It’s ok for a quick, in and out. It’s outdated, shabby looking and be careful walking to the adjacent shopping center. The best part was the staff, very attentive, friendly, warm and engaging. The breakfast was ok but the woman running and serving was top-notch. We had a 2nd floor interior room and it was very loud from the music in the lobby.

Hotel is a little outdated but it was good for one night. Very close to the airport. The airport shuttle was on time and efficient. Rooms were comfortable with 4 pillows per bed. I would stay here again.

HOSPITALITY WAS AMAZING, THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS GORGEOUS. DINNER WAS SO GOOD (SMASH BURGER) Park and Ride is so appreciated and the shuttle was right on time to take us to the airport NA

Great parking, nice restaurant and all well maintained.

what can be said about one of the last old school hotels; my guest is that it was built in the late 60's or early 70's a well kept clean property by sheraton great place to stay hopefully it will remain a secret.

I had to be moved out of my room due to a leak on 2nd floor. But staff moved me to another room real quick.

We returned to the 11th floor only to have 2 more alarms and evacuation announcements. Calling the front desk (rather that climbing 11 flights again). We were told that the alarms were false. Again asked why they didn't let people know this - we were told that it was management's decision. This total disregard toward guests was unfathomable. There are a lot of airport hotels to choose from - this one is off of my list.

I requested the front desk to help , maintenance personnel sprayed the floor and curtains to remove the offending smell

Close to airport, has shuttle to the airport, long term parking. Carpet in room could be cleaned.

The employees are excellent, so helpful and kind. I have stayed here several times and it’s always in excellent condition! Loved it all!!
