Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Metro Airport

Stayed here because we lost power during a storm. This was a beautiful place. Thank you.

It was a great experience. We was hesitant due to the last experience at a different hotel amd chain. BUT WE HAD A GREAT TIME HERE! Great experience! Great staff! Food in the restaurant was delicious!! Just a great place to stay!

It was very clean and the staff was helpful and kind.

The room was very clean! housekeeping was super friendly and front desk staff was amazing. Although this location doesn't have free breakfast, you can either add it to your reservation or pay$17.00 per person up charge for waffles and pancakes wich is diabolical to me but I'll be back!

Clean and updated Room supplies, soap, shampoo etc were all empty. By the time we arrived we were too tired to have someone replace/refill everything so we go by. That was the second time on this trip that a different hotel had the same issue.

The hotel is dated and smells like mildew.

Mop buckets and vacuums parked and staged in room hallways unacceptable, the fact you have two complimentary bottles of water in your room only for certain tier customers is over the top wrong, with a note saying anyone else pays 2 dollars is outrageous, everyone has even the small bottles for free, it’s the least you can do seeing you pay over 200 dollars for an AVERAGE room that makes you pay for your breakfast, it made me question anything I touched in the room or counter, The only thing complimentary was the jug of water on the counter, Sorry but your hotel is not that bougie, treat people right, gas and food are costly and you take 50 plus I have to wait to get back for nothing. There was nothing uppity about your hotel to do any of what I mentioned…..

Great location and great food available! Comfy beds.

The iron in the room was scorched black on the bottom make it virtually unusable. If we ironed anything with a light color it would have been unwearable (limiting our haberdashery choices). The bedspread on one of the double beds smelled. Bad.

Room for as clean. Had dinner at the bar, it was good

Unfortunately this hotel is way too close to the airport, it was impossible to sleep due to the constant noise from the planes.
