I didn't like the shower gel and the shampoo outside of arm's reach and the breakfast could of had more options, but overall it's a real nice place.

Everything was fine except that our shower leaked out of glass doors. Not too bad, housekeeping gave us extra towels to put on floor.

Great stay! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, with friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a location very close to the airport. Breakfast was good but limited for someone with dietary restrictions. They need to offer more plant-based options. Other than that, I would stay again.

The room works for my family in size and comfortability, I miss the pool!

It was relatively clean with a couple exception. Hair in the shower and stains on the trundle mattress. The shower didn’t have a rubber lip on the bottom so there was no stopping the water from leaking out of the opening at underneath the shower door. It was A LOT of water. I asked the front desk to document the leak so not as to be charged for any damages and to see if they could have someone take a look at it. Not to anyone’s surprise but no one came to look at it. Had to use like all the towels to keep the water off of the carpet to avoid mildew smell and hang the towels up to dry everyday. Breakfast was just OK as expected, your standard American Inn breakfast. Besides that it wasn’t a bad stay. The UPSIDE is that they have a strict no animal policy which was the whole reason I stayed here. I don’t want to have to deal with dog smell, dog hair on my pillows etc. the staff were pleasant and polite.

Lots of free parking. So easy to get to DTW; just turn right out of the parking lot and stay on the road. It goes directly to McNamara terminal first, then Evans. Free shuttle service.
