For the price, everything more than met my expectations. Check in went smoothly, and all public areas were clean. My room was spacious and clean, and my bed was comfortable. The motel is located less than ten minutes from the Detroit Metro terminals. I didn't go to the bar or restaurant on site. I drove less than five minutes from the hotel to the Beirut Restaurant for Mediterranean cuisine. The prices there were very good and the food tasted delicious.

There was no wifi or internet/TV! There was no pool, I didn't have the accessible room. I wasn't notified in advance that there was no WIFI and I couldn't work! The front desk staff was very rude! They won't refund me, I paid in advance!

Location is close to the airport and has a shuttle service 24/7 - property kind of run down/old - will do in a pinch.

I paid for two rooms during a power outage for my family and withdrew money from their ATM to pay the deposits in cash to avoid them placing a hold on my card but the young lady chose to charge my card anyway as if it was a mistake. That was a week ago Ava my money is still being held. I called and the front desk took my number Ava’s said she’d call me back and I never heard back from her. Also when I went to get breakfast I was told to leave because I apparently was supposed to pay to have breakfast. Not even a continental smh. That’s fine I found out the embarrassing way.

I booked this room because it had a pool and was supposed to have free breakfast included. The pool wasn't open the 3days I was there and they switched my room at check in and all of a sudden breakfast was $15 per person. I was so unsatisfied with my stay.

It was good.

No hairdryer in room, called three times waited for an hour then they said they didn't have spare ones to give, so no solutions and I had to deal with dripping hair on my own. Loud AC loud fridge, no bottled water they asked you to buy from shop, puzzle like navigation, understaffed, didn't get toothbrush delivery. Dirty linens. All types of bugs. Mosquitos, flying ants on wall and bed sheets. Woke up halfway due to itchy and tingling sensations and multiple bumps everywhere. Restless. Poor service. Just so-so breakfast and dine in only, they don't allow you to bring to room. Location and shuttle service was good if they could provide clearer instructions. Overpriced for what you get. Significant price inflation and limited availability if you book last minute. Mirror facing bed. Bathtub in bedroom was poorly maintained and water flow was not strong enough to support a real bath there. SO BAD

Disappointing
-
Front desk clerk took pity on me and gave me a room despite minimal availability due to numerous flight cancellations Floors/carpets worn/dirty; rooms not updated; found a bug in my bed

The staff was very nice. The halls were dirty but smelled good. Then you get in the room and the smell wasn't pleasant at all. The bathroom was horrible. Shower fixtures were in bad shape. No water pressure or hot water. The noise from the outside and the planes was very loud. There was some vibrating noise in the walls all night. I didn't sleep at all.
