Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit Metro Airport

My entire stay was Fantastic! The bed was soo comfortable. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The Staff was Awesome. Ms Toya and Lakitha were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Embassy Suites is my favorite Hotel Ever! Had such a Great Stay in Detroit. I will be back in a couple months. I will most definitely stay at Embassy Suites In Rommulus( Airport)

Great place to stay

Much better location and management than the Livonia location

Great pool that was open late. Breakfast was good and quite a variety, just wish it would have gone on until 10:30 instead of 10:00.

Great customer service, plenty of food and drinks. Rooms were clean and refreshed daily. I stayed for a week with no incidents.

The Breakfast was awesome. The variety and the feel of a homecooked meal was comforting. My son and I traveled together. It would have been helpful to have 4 of each bathing and grooming cloths instead of 3: Bath Towels, hand towels and face cloths.

This hotel does not offer Park and Fly packages. Its a bit misleading because when you click the property, it says free parking and free airport shuttle. I put those together thinking I could leave my vehicle safely for my trip. That is incorrect. There are no secure lots or cameras in the parking lot. When I asked staff at check in, they gave me a coupon for a shuttle business and said they do not allow people to leave their vehicles if they are not currently staying at the hotel. Besides that, the property was nice. Room was a good price and its about a 7 minute minute drive to the airport. Free breakfast was about what you would expect. I would stay again

Staff was okay. Po area was not maintained and several times no towels. Hotel was very loud.

Room layout gives plenty of room. Breakfast were excellent. Maid service was not good. Took dirty towels and left none. Never refilled coffee

This hotel is exceptional. It’s a 3 min drive to DTW airport. Breakfast was great and the room was so clean, and the sheets smelled so good! lol I would definitely stay again!

Check in sucked. Booked through a third party site and had talked to staff day before to confirm my booking. Got there and you didn’t have my room booked and check in gal was like oh well not my problem even though I showed the confirmation. Had to call third party site and get both on the phone and when they gave her a number what do you know there was my reservation in your computer the whole time. Made me late for the game we came down to watch. Piss poor customer service and then had room service trying to get in our room the next day twice before we had even checked out.
