Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit Metro Airport

Best hotel breakfast was phenomenal for the whole family. Clean and spacious when traveling with little people.

The guest room was clean. Nice evening reception.

Large. well appointed rooms, free shuttle, decent restaurant (Burger bar), helpful staff. Didn't use but pool and gym. Free drinks and snacks happy hour. Our room was very far and didn't love being on ground floor as two women. Windows weren't fully locked/ shut when we arrived- glad I checked- as would have been easy to break in. Window lock design wasn't great. Burger Bar food was tasty (a nice surprise). Breakfast was just ok. Lack of silverware. But nice to have included. Front desk really helpful snd shuttle bus a big plus.

Second time staying there and will most likely stay again. Only issue was the phones did not work in my room but the maint. and managment communicated the issue and provided a small voucher as a token for the inconvenience. I appreciated it even though it was not of their doing.

We stay at this location everything we visit family this time the bathroom smelled like sewage when you turn on the water in sink and in the bathroom. Also when they clean bathroom they are not cleaning behind door hair was all behind the door on floor. The smell in the room

Location, amenities and price TV in front room was not working when arrived. Called for repair, which came right away to fix the TV. Next morning TV was not working again.

The hotel was in a gray spot and it was excellent The breakfast was very nice and they had a great room
