Radisson Hotel Detroit Metro Airport

good no ice bucket & ice only on the 5th floor...

All of the staff was friendly and helpful, going the extra mile.

I really didn't like nothing about it the room I booked online not by site so I didn't know

Breakfast is not included my bathroom was filthy staff not at desk

Great stay and location

No breakfast. Room floor wasn’t clean.Tv remote wasn’t there.

Upgrade your television services. We had to move to a different room because the WiFi and tv doesn’t work in the room. It was challenging to get any WiFi in the building. The bed was terrible, I have back and hip pain from the mattress. We stayed 4 days and mostly will not stay with Radisson again. We had to travel back to the front desk several times because the room keys would deactivate, it was a hassle.

If you stay at this, Radisson, do not leave a deposit. I checked out nearly 2 weeks ago and still never received mine back yet.

Very nice staff. Made me feel welcomed

The room was great nice and clean water. Pressure in the bathroom was excellent. However, there was no telephone anywhere in the room. What if I need to call for help and I don't have a cellphone and there was no microwave in the room kind of disappointing. I couldn't warm up my burger. And there was no microwave in the lobby. So if you're gonna stay here, make plans for a late night snack. The shuttle was great

Clean Rooms. Friendly staff.

Exceptional

Room was nice and remodeled, the hot water did not work in the shower, the manager came up and screwed something tight, and said it was working, but still didn't work after that. The gym had a funny sewage smell, also there was no wipes to wipe the machines down which means the machines probably have germs and sweat still on them.😡and the cold water fountain did not work in the gym.

Great

Everything else is very good exception about eatery is opposite😅

First noticed the elevator was dirty upon our arrival

Breakfast should be included

It looks like most of the staff lives in the building, 6th floor, with their kids, they were coming in and out of the opposite room with their Radisson t-shirt on, I asked for some towels after our third day, it took us 5 hrs, . Trips to the front deck to get a towel.

Not at all

Good
