Radisson Hotel Detroit Metro Airport

Clean room. Staff available. Did not utilize breakfast option. They did take me to airport at 3:30 am which was very NICE. Comfortable van.

The hall and lobby had big nasty stain and room stains on chair and carpet tv barely worked someone was working above my room had to tell them couldn't figure out the old shower everything was outdated and they had the nerve to charge $100 incidential that u can't get back for 7days just unacceptable I would never go to that one or recommend it to anyone

Clean. Safe. Quiet for being by an airport. Nothing

No amentities. No restaurant, no bar, no ice machines, no phone in room, no hair dryer.... disclose this on your site or close until renovations are complete.

Good value, convenient location, free airport shuttle The restaurant was permanently closed, and there was no breakfast available.

This place can definitely use a renovation and definitely a deep cleaning

Dirty and old. Stay elsewhere. They’re in the middle of renovations and half the stuff in the rooms doesn’t work. Had to be asked to move from our first room due to blinds broken, sink clogging, and tv not working. Understaffed and never enough people working front desk. Continental breakfast is also not good.

Cannot call to speak to anyone to arrange for airport shuttle pickup. Instead, you must text message. Upon arrival, they asked if I wanted to still stay since the hotel elevators were not working. This was at 11p at night and I had business at 630a the next morning. Lowest level room was on the 3rd floor. Not impressed with the hotel operation.

Price was competitive Phones weren’t working so no shuttle buses to metro airport. Waited an hour without any contact w hotel. Had to take a metro cab for $40 to drive 2 miles away. Carpet in the room was disgusting

Again my Instructions was clear . The staff stand there looking as if they are lost they hear the phone ringing but refuse to answer it you would have to leave from your room and come to the front desk. When I check in they put me in a two room suite the furniture was very nasty and I have pictures for proof Now this is not the place you want to stay at the restaurant gave me false information about when they would open, no knowledge of the business . Now it is sad they just don't listen They want you to spend your money with them and in the same sentence treat you like boo the fool As if you are beneath them Play smart stay some places else anywhere but there false advertisement about the property it is not worth it.

Close and convenient to the airport. The tub was very slow to drain. Two of the light fixtures in the room were not working properly. There was not shampoo provided so I had to make a trip to the front desk to get shampoo.
