Travelodge by Wyndham Romulus Detroit Airport

Requires a $100 cash only deposit to stay here. Isn’t advertised on any sites, only at the front desk and the ATM is out of service. “Breakfast” consists of bread with no butter and stale fruit looks. Front desk nice and helpful.

Door Barley Closed it was getting Stuck & Floor was Not Clean it was Dirty and Sticky I made for 1 Night & Left to Another Room, Vent was sticking out of the wall, Shower was Clogged Up when we took showers & Sink, I Won’t Be Back There At All

Nothing Surprise $100 cash deposit, hotel would not refund booking when requested by booking.com. I was not made aware of the $100 case deposit. The staff said that the deposit might be refunded on check out. The hotel looked very sketchy and I saw no one check in while I was speaking with booking.com I will never book a reservation here and I will never book a reservation on booking.com. They can't cancel your reservation unless the hotel agrees. So the hotel got my money even though I never stayed there.

The location and comfort The floors could’ve been mopped and the curtains could be replaced they had a lot of dust on them

I booked 3 days, and added a note that I would be very late checking in the first day. When I arrived at 7am, they said I was marked as a no-show and the 1st night cancelled (no refund) and that I would have to pay an extra 50 dollars early check in fee for the 2nd night. I have never ever encountered something like this before. The staff member was just "computer says no" and point blank refused to communicate further. "I cannot help you, once you are logged as a no show" It took an hour of asking the staff member to please call their manager. Absolutely crazy! Obviously as *soon* as they finally called their manager, they let me have the room. Just totally bonkers.

Close to airport Staff rude, rooms small not clean

Our neighbor next door was very noisy! Loud music all night and day and at 1:00 he or she had the tv on on the maximum volume! We didn’t sleep all the night. This is the first time ever we have had an anything go bad at this hotel. The staff was very nice and kept telling our neighbors to stop but refused

The location near the airport is very convenient They required me to do a $100 deposit in cash, it was a surprise, luckily I had some money, but this was unexpected. The rooms window was broken, I didn’t request a room change because I arrived too late and I was too tired to have an argument with the manager.
