Door Barley Closed it was getting Stuck & Floor was Not Clean it was Dirty and Sticky I made for 1 Night & Left to Another Room, Vent was sticking out of the wall, Shower was Clogged Up when we took showers & Sink, I Won’t Be Back There At All

Nice place to stay and close to the airport

I have never ever encountered something like this before. The staff member was just "computer says no" and point blank refused to communicate further. "I cannot help you, once you are logged as a no show" It took an hour of asking the staff member to please call their manager. Absolutely crazy! Obviously as *soon* as they finally called their manager, they let me have the room. Just totally bonkers.

Close to airport Staff rude, rooms small not clean

Our neighbor next door was very noisy! Loud music all night and day and at 1:00 he or she had the tv on on the maximum volume! We didn’t sleep all the night. This is the first time ever we have had an anything go bad at this hotel. The staff was very nice and kept telling our neighbors to stop but refused

I got to this hotel a little late and tried to check-in the receptionist told me I would need to put down a deposit which I don't have a problem with however. But I did have a problem with. Is the deposit had to be in cash of $100? Who carries cash with them in this day and age. So I ask her why can't I put it on my credit card that I'm checking in with. She said no. It's only cash you and I will receive the cash in the morning when I leave. I did not feel comfortable doing that beside. I didn't have any cash with me so I walked away and find myself a different hotel canceling the reservation. This is Poor service The whole thing felt very shady to me. When I asked why does it have to because she could not give me an answer.

The breakfast was ok they just were out of juice.

Staff was nice Place was dirty and not well kept. Many repairs were needed. Continental breakfast could stand some improvement.

Some of The staff The fact that u pay to stay there and if u stay lo ger then a week they concerted me renting doesn't matter u get paid i didn't like that my granddaughter cut her toes on the racks on the.bed that they new was broke so.e of the ppl that work there think since they work there they rule over paying customers not so they person who pays u to work there rules ty! Another thing treating your paying customers scrappy will lead to no business word of mouth travels fast

First room smelled bad. Next room did not have tv remote. Third room we needed to re-connect able for tv to work. Still waiting for my receipt to come by email 3 days later. Manager snapped at me when she stumbled half asleep out of the office

Tried to get breakfast for a 5 year old at 8:50 am. The breakfast area had no waffle batter, milk, or juice left. I asked Sara if we could get a little bit to make a little girl something to eat-she told me no she was waiting to put the rest away at 9:00. When I got to the counter to ask this, she was in a chair in the corner playing on her phone.
