Friendly Staff Clean rooms close to parking

This hotel is easy to underestimate from the outside and location. However it is pretty clean, the staff is very friendly, the room was well maintained. My only issue is ai hate when hotels dont offer complimentary coffee or breakfast.

Room was not the cleanest and did not match the pictures. The pillows were not good.

I was impressed with cleanliness .

Good, but not great stay. The bad: The pool was closed. The elevators are small. The ice machine on our floor did not work. One of the few major hotels without a free breakfast. Strange layout, with long hallways. Partial shower wall, water did go everywhere. The good: Rooms were nice and also clean. Staff were very helpful.

The check in girl was overwhelmed. They're were at least 100 of us. There was no food in there little store, unless I've cream counts. Couldn't find my room, no map to help. One ice machine for huge property. Are breakfast there, all tables were dirty and the food was awful. Scrambled eggs weren't even mixed together. DON'T GO THERE

Was very easy to book a room for a no-notice stay due to travel delays. And shuttle was timely and clean. Room was very comfortable and also clean.

Room was very spacious and love the blackout curtains.

The room was very clean and nice. The common areas were a bit worn looking. The elevator was tiny. Great location near the airport.

Honestly, writing this review feels like giving away a well-kept secret. I caught this hotel at the perfect time with a great rate, and the experience delivered on every level. A true hidden gem. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

good food

This hotel was so reasonable I was a little apprehensive. What a nice surprise. The hotel was very clean, the room well appointed, and the staff very attentive. The room was spacious, the bathroom spa like, and the bedding was very comfortable. I even loved the shower products. We had an early flight so the proximity to the airport was fantastic. I will definitely stay there again.

Room description was inaccurate on the website. Pool was closed and restaurant was out of some things. My room had to be vacuumed after I checked in. Desk staff was great and did compensate for the issues.

Good for its price

There was food spilled on the side of the bed.

Restaurant was maybe a 2 on a scale of 1-5.

The shuttle and the hotel property are generally run down, especially when compared to photos online. The bedding on the bed appeared stained, as was much of the furniture. Voices from the neighboring room could be heard clearly throughout the night. Unfortunately not a great value for the price paid.
