Skyline Hotels by Best Western Detroit Metro Airport

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were warm, friendly, ready to help and knowledgeable. We left our car there while on a cruise with no problem. The bar and grill was excellent. We had the stir-fry of the day and it was upscale restaurant delicious. The shuttle service to and from the airport was easy, fast, and reliable. It's an old building so it just needs updating is all. A full-time restaurant would be awesome.

Food was good. Bar service - Sat for 15 minutes without anyone behind the bar. Dirty glasses on bar and we thought they may be closed, except for the 2 -3 customers still sitting there.

The lady checking us in was great The female bartender yelling at everyone for unloading their car in the unloading zone. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana even though there's a no smoking policy in the rooms we booked.

The room and hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, but limited to one entrie under the breakfast plan in which I purchased during booking.

This is an excellent place to stay when traveling to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Every single person on the staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. They were eager to help with any question. The bar and grill was exceptional! I mean the food was like a high class restaurant, delicious! The shuttle to the airport was always available and awesome, both delivery and pickup. We left our car there for 8 nights with no problem. It's an older building so it needs some upgrades to get rid of the wear and tear. But they've done a great job with it so far. For the price and location, you can't beat it.

I was quite frustrated with a flight that had been cancelled -- after several delays. It was as so refreshing to be greeted by your staff with a big smile, concern for my safety and helpful gestures. The bed was also quite comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is to update your shuttle bus. The shuttle bus was dirty, rickety and old.

Nothing They didn't email or call prior to my arrival that there was no water, and I had to scramble to get a new hotel close as I was dropped off. I'm still waiting for the refund, but since I'm able to do a review, I feel I will not be getting a refund.

Convenient. Unit was not cleaned. Stains on table and dust present.
