Starting with our shuttle driver from the airport, she was extremely rude! Once to the hotel, the desk clerk was friendly, even though she was busy and the phone was ringing. When we got into the room, the air was not on and there was zero hot water, we went to the desk to see about the water and were told ‘I’ve had no complaints, it’s like an old house, it takes time’. It never heated up in the shower or sink. When we woke up to leave for the airport, we saw ants all over the floor and in our shoes and our bags. This was all brought to the front desks (different person) attention and we were told she would let them know and to have a good day! We will NEVER go back to this hotel!

The downside restaurant randomly closed the night I was there. No ice and no diet soda anywhere. It’s an older place seems to be well maintained and you can’t bet the price for an overnight stay for early morning flight. I’d stay again.

For starters the property is under construction on the website it should have stated that no outdoor pool or patio rooms wasn't that clean air condition wasn't working properly some of the staff were friendly others wasn't the hotel needs a lot of maintenance done inside and out I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Very damp rooms and overcrowded due to local power outages.
-
The AC did not work. The room was burnt walls. We didn’t stay and canceled the reservation. The staff try their best to give us a better room but the next room was worse than the first room. Second replacement room the ac didn’t work at all.
-
Breakfast not available when we had to leave for .airport. Assigned room locked from inside. Second room had no shampoo or hair dryer and neither phone or TV were in working order.
-
Nice interior garden with water features
-
Breakfast is better than most hotels this level. Shuttle is fast and reliable.
-
Just don’t stay here
-
The shuttle was very useful. It left 5 minutes early but the front desk was able to call them back for us. Arrive at the lobby early for the shuttle.
-
Perfect location, safe and quiet

Breakfast was amazing for a $100/night hotel. The inside atrium area was really nice, inside pool was on the smaller side but clean, did not use outside pool so no feedback there. The room was as expected for price tier.
-
No AC pool was dirty and opened late breakfast staff was very rude
-
Location to the airport and airport shuttle were selling points for me.
-
This hotel is older and needs a total remodeling. They have minimal staff and amenities.
-
It was a good value for what we paid.

The atrium area is really nice. I like hanging out there. The free breakfast buffet is among the best I've ever had. The eggs actually tasted like real eggs. They had a great spread of the typical stuff including make your own belgian waffles. The coffee was fine and there was plenty of it. The main downside is the upkeep. Many things in the room and hallways are worn or straight up broken. Usually it's just cosmetic stuff but this past time, the shower didn't work and our toilet was clogged. This is an area of concern for sure. Overall, I'd stay there again if I need a quick night near DTW.
-
This was a positive experience. Yes, the hotel appears a tad 'tired' in places and the foliage in the large indoor garden needed some trimming but the space in a wonderful idea.
-
Close to airport Somewhat rundown, repairs needed
-
Near airport, shuttle available, free breakfast Loose sink faucets, shower knob falls off, slippery shower, wrinkled drapes, dirty hallway carpeting, 2 of 4 stalls in bathroom off lobby out of order, run down shuttle van
