While the hotel layout was probably very exciting at the time it was built, having rooms ring the indoor pool space meant that light from the common area was difficult to fully block out and also that the WiFi signal was very poor, with staff noting when I requested a different room because I was able to get WiFi signal that it wouldn’t be different in any of the other rooms. In addition, the cleanliness of the rooms were not up to par. There was a pink ring around the drain for the tub and a stain on one of the walls that looks like it was either blood or chocolate. I thought that based on the reviews I read before booking, that this hotel would be a comfortable but affordable option to stay before a very early flight. However, given the layout of the hotel and the condition of the room, it was very difficult to sleep. This hotel might be a good options for families who want to have a space indoors to enjoy the pool regardless of the weather but I don’t think it’s a good option for most travelers.

the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel itself needs more maintenance, ac filter dirty, got me sick. The water plumbing was very bad; it would get stuck in the sink. The hair dryer didn’t work at all, and it took more than an hour for the hot water to come out.

The people there was no help i wasted money even being there i did not get a chance to use my room because of the deposit fee that I was unaware of and was not on the website. The ladies were extremely rude and disrespectful and was no help to me. I wasted money for absolutely no reason and did not get a chance to use the room. I did not get anything back.

I have pictures from the conversation with Expedia and what I sent the hotel, along with some pictures of the stains and dirt. 9/29 just now received an email from Expedia. Issues still not resolved, but was told I'd know with in 24 hours.

The first room we were put on there were stains on one of the beds and the smoke detector was hanging off of the wall; we did not ask to be moved, just for the bedding to be changed, but the very kind housekeeping manager came in and said we're moving you. We got moved to another room with no stains or issues. The front desk worker was very kind, and they had a nice little grab and go market which was convenient. This hotel is located very close to the airport, which was great for us as we were catching an early flight; the included airport shuttle was very convenient and the driver was on time and pleasant. Overall, besides the unique issues we faced, this hotel was alright. Nothing fancy and not in the best condition, but the staff were all pleasant and the airport shuttle was great.

Charged me for a room I never slept in

Neat set up with the pool being in the middle and having all of the plants and seating areas around! They could have used a second person checking guests in as there was a short line. The room itself was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. We were not able to get the room to warm up. It wasn't terribly cold in there so we didn't bother the staff, but just a heads up on that. The breakfast was delicious and quite an array of things to choose from! They had scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bagels, muffins, cereal, a waffle maker, bread, different juices, yogurt, and milk. The staff member was friendly and did a great job of keeping things stocked. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Maybe next time we will actually use the pool!

Pool hardly ever is open for past 2 years. Takes 12 minutes to get hot water.

The location of this hotel was convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good selection of options. While the exterior and hallways have undergone renovations, the room needs more work. The TV didn't work. The bathroom needs attention (clogged drain, no shampoo or body wash in shower). Curtains need repairing. I could live with it for two nights but it did not meet my expectations.

1. They charge anyone who lives within 75 miles a $140 CASH or $250 credit card deposit. 2. IT SMELLS TERRRRIIIBLEEEEE!!! They flood the lobby with air freshener and as soon as you turn that corner, DEATH SMELLS AWAIT!! 3. THE ENTIRE HOTEL'S PLUMBING IS BACKED UP!! TOILETS OVERFLOW INTO THE CARPETED HALLWAYS! THIS IS WHY IT SMELLS! 4. THERE IS NO HOUSEKEEPING AND THE STAFF SPEAKS NO ENGLISH!!! YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO EXCHANGE YOUR TOWELS AND SHEETS. NO REGARD FOR THE DISABLED! 5. There is NO POOL OPERATOR ON THE WEEKENDS!! WHEN THE POOL WATER IS DIRTY, IT STAYS DIRTY AND CLOUDY ALL WEEKEND. 6. PLUMBING BACKS UP WITHOUT EVEN PUTTING TOILET TISSUES IN IT. HAD TO BE CHANGES TO ANOTHER ROOM. IT WAS FINE UNTIL I TURNED THE SINK ON AND IT LEAKED. 7. IT'S COLD AND THE ROOM HEATER DIDN'T WORK! 8. THE FREE BREAKFAST IS GOOD IF YOU'RE FAMISHED OR FRESH OUT THE JOINT. THE SAUSAGE PATTIES WERE HOCKEY PUCKS AND CHEAP. ( THE BREAKFAST LADY IS GENUINELY GOLD AND I HATE SHE WORKS FOR SUCH A TERRIBLE PLACE) 9. THE ON SITE RESTAURANT IS OFTEN CLOSED. 10. THE OUTDOOR POOL IS NON EXISTENT. THE ON SITE LAUNDRY IS NON EXISTENT. Notable mentions of great service are Hannah, she is very genuine, the gray haired shuttle bus driver is really good people and the breakfast lady is genuine. They're trying to make a living. They work for a terrible location, nothing more.

My tv didn’t work and the staff didn’t even attempt to fix the problem or give me a different room with a working tv. They were rude and had an attitude when I was checking in. Will not be back ever.

Exceptional

For the rate that we paid, this was a good value, but it's definitely a value hotel. The room was clean and the shower worked fine. The TV did not work at all. The AC unit cooled the space well, but was very loud and turned on and off all night. There's an outdoor pool that they've let completely go. It's not a problem, but not nice to look at, especially since all the windows face the hallway and courtyard, not outside. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was great to have breakfast included and much of the lobby has been updated, but breakfast food was subpar. We did not use the airport shuttle, but it seemed to run regularly.
