Baymont by Wyndham Detroit Airport/Romulus

Superb

A very spacious room, a competitive price, and an airport shuttle. A great option if you need to stay overnight before or after a flight. The hotel is much cheaper than hotels in Detroit. Breakfast was adequate.

The location was great. The staff were very kind and helpful. Restaurants were close by. The shuttle was a great addition. It made getting to the airport a breeze! Nothing. This hotel was great!

I was disappointed in the cleanliness and I felt that the maintenance was severely lacking. I even took some pictures which I will send to the Wyndham main office. I really can't recommend this hotel, it has gotten worse since my previous stay.

Horrible all around and such rude staff

The ice machine on my floor was broken on my floor and I left too early for the breakfast but the shuttle was easy and the driver super kind. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!

Clean room and very helpful staff. I enjoyed the breakfast. The only issue for me was not knowing the airport shuttle had Gateway on it and I was looking for Baymont until I spoke to the front desk at the hotel.

The bathroom door wasn't closing. The room was smelly and bedsheets had visible spots - unfortunately I saw it after I completed my stay.

The toilet was slow to flush. Overall the staff and cleanliness was great but these items need to be considered. For the price of this hotel it was what was to be expected

The Front Desk staff is awesome, very friendly and understanding. I would add basic restaurant service with gluten free options to be able to eat on site. Breakfast is good, and airport shuffle works perfectly!

The only good thing about the dtay was the customer service by front staff and breakfast staff

Initially assigned a first floor room facing the parking lot with a window that would.not close much less lock. Was moved promptly on request.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Shuttle was quick and easy. Would stay again.

Exceptional

Check in by Kathleen was excellent. She was able to get me a handicap room which I forgot to book. Breakfast was good. Nothing everything was as I expected.

Clean and decent but have to drive to parking if you leave a car and it said it was included and it was not
