Room was freshly cleaned, food was satisfactory & the staff was very helpful

Upgrade towels and rooms with current items toilet to low.

The staff was wonderful and nice. Unfortunately the room smelled horribly of mold. We had traveled all day to get there and were exhausted so we just sucked it up but the bathroom was dirty and the room had a terrible moldy smell to it. Otherwise it was convenient location wise from the airport.

The property is clean,calm and all the staff they're nice,polite and helpful.

The hotel was great for one day someone where to lay my head before an early morning flight. Will say it’s super outdated. Bathroom had rust in the tub. But overall perfect for the price

I have was here a year ago . This time is more rundown no breakfast to speak of a bit rundown. That being said the staff was sweet and helpful

Tbh theres no complaints.. this place is exactly what it is.. a decent place to lay your head after flying in or out

As far as the hotel- friendly staff and breakfast was great. The gym was a little run down but usable. There was a lot of noise from other rooms but that's to be expected with an older hotel.

The staff is always wonderful when we stay there, the room we were in last night had an odor of urine. That's the first time we've encountered this in a room.

Reasonably priced

Parking was easy. Proximity to the airport was amazing! And the room was quiet and peaceful.

Sheets were nasty room had a smell to it very unacceptable for kids

Need to have carpets replaced

Closed captions were not available on the tv; and, desk clerk unable to activate. This is a serious inconvenience for many guests. I was not offered a room with cc’s available, either. Breakfast offerings were mostly gone when we went to breakfast. Very helpful to have the real time airline departure & arrival data display in dining area.

Our room was good and had a comfortable bed. The tub/shower was good. We were expecting a continental breakfast, but they also served sausage, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. We enjoyed it! The shuttle to Detroit airport is available 24 hours.
