Comfort Inn Metro Airport

Everything was fine but the bathroom was like a closet. Never was in such a crowded space! The tub was so slippery it was scary. Everything thing else was good.

You expect cleanliness, but as you will see in the photos that I am posting, it was beyond disgusting and unacceptable.

I will not come back i give a big 0

The Hotel rooms are dirt and outdated, I was so itchy I couldn’t sleep. The staff though were so kind.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. It’s a great place for families looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. We would definitely recommend Comfort Inn & Suites to anyone traveling with family and would be happy to stay here again!

Quite place,good breakfast! Clean beds and towels. Hotel needs a little update,like walls and bathrooms.

This property is disguising. Dirty. Wore shoes in the shower. Floors were dirty. Mold was on the ceiling.

When I entered my room the AC was running. It was really cold so I tried to shut it off. However the digital controls were so faded I couldn't use it. The shower was so small I kept on hitting the wall with my elbow when putting soap on. Very limited variety on the breakfast menu.

The bartender there is amazing and I love to visit when I'm traveling.

We arrived around 1:00 a.m. after a long day of travel and immediately noticed the room felt damp and had an overwhelming musty smell. As we walked around, we realized the carpet was so wet that it soaked through our socks. The cleanliness was even more concerning. There was liquid splattered across the mirror, multiple spots of dried mucus on the walls, a streak of blood on the bathroom wall, and garbage left in the waste bin from the previous guest. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The next morning, we asked to speak with the manager but were told she had already left for the day. We reported all of the issues to the front desk associate, who instructed us to contact management by email. A hotel room should be clean, sanitary, and ready for guests, especially after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, this room failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here and hope management takes meaningful steps to improve its housekeeping standards.

The room had mold on the curtains. The hallway had peeling wallpaper with mold visible underneath. The staff did what they could, but until the owners put some dollars into maintenance, you will never see me at that hotel again.

Beds were clean, soft. Friendly workers along with cleaners. Parking is free.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean in a genuine way, not just for baseline appearance of clean.

The price was decent. The hotel is not very sanitarily clean. The staff were not attentive. I sat in the lobby and heard the phone rang at least 15 times while the receptionist was doing nothing.

Solid option for the price point. Convenient location, but the A/C in the room was very musty. EV charger was a very nice amenity.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to
