Comfort Inn Metro Airport

I was taken aback with how stained and dirty the hallway carpets were. This is an easy fix. Rhonda is the breakfast manager has great interpersonal skills. Is very friendly and accomodating.

Room was clean, staff was kind and helpful, building was old, bathtub in living/bedroom was unusual. Fine place to stay for one night.

Everything was filthy, from the lobby to the hallway walls that were peeling, to the room that smelled absolutely awful. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need to do some major cleaning at a minimum.

Very clean, bed was comfortable, and having a little restaurant on site was great. The only problem was the business center. One computer didn’t work and the other was so slow as to be almost useless. The printers did not seem to be hooked up, and one of the two chairs was broken.

The great majority are good

Everything is outdated, dirty, and musty. I rented two rooms. The one with two beds smelled awful. The AC and drapes were moldy and I woke up with ants on the TV stand. The other room with a king size bed smelled even worse. The hallway walls are peeling and the carpets are filthy.

Room was convenient to the airport and shuttle service was excellent. While the bedding was clean and shower powerful, little things like bathroom light switches and caulking needed scrubbing. The corridors desperately needed vacuuming. Breakfast was okay. The attendant wiped food serving dishes and handles frequently.

It smelled like mold, the window casing were dripping water and moldy.

Pictures were not an accurate representation. This hotel is very old and looks the part. Carpets were gross.

Comfort Inn Detroit Metro is very close to the airport. It is in dire need of a deep cleaning, especially the carpets throughout. Staff is professional and helpful. It was OK for a one night stay.

The staff was friendly, but the room had a funny,moldy,smell.

The positives - the bed was comfortable. They did provide extra towels to make up for not cleaning the rooms. Breakfast staff was very polite and helpful. It was quiet. Despite being an airport hotel, the airport noise was minimal.

Not very friendly st check-in… Did not like the surprise of incident protocol. Didn’t eat breakfast, did not look good or plentiful

I was not able to stay at this hotel. The overpowering smell of mold/mildew was unbearable. The woman at the front desk stated that all rooms on the 1st floor smelled this way but nothing was available on other floors. I booked another room near by.
