For a quick weekend, it was very accommodating. It was a bit outdated and needed touchups in some areas but otherwise was a good place to stay.

Very close to the airport and very quite will book again!

During check in the staff was gone. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came. The staff seem to be always gone from the front desk and always at the back. The hotel has a musty smell. The elevator stinks. The rooms are ok. For overnight stay this is fine.

The rooms are extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The wallpaper is peeling, the curtains are falling down, and the overall condition of the room feels worn and poorly maintained. It doesn’t reflect the quality I expect from a Holiday Inn. I hope the hotel invests in renovations and better upkeep .

The restaurant staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.

Close to the airport. Make sure you speak with the front desk about shuttle set up to the airport. If you fly into Detroit and go wait for your shuttle to arrive-It won’t. You need to have that set up with the front desk. Don’t try to do it when you arrive. It won’t happen. Do it in advance and be aware the numbers to the front desk are difficult to locate. I finally had to skip the shuttle and use Uber. Now I know. Call way ahead.

Wi-Fi did not work. Called the front desk twice but no answer. The hotel is dated and showing signs of wear and tear. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, slightly. Nightstands and desk areas showing signs of wear. TV not a smart TV so no options for apps such as Netflix. Would probably stay next door at the SpringHill suites instead if priced similarly.

The staff went above and beyond helping me with an unforseen travel disruption and deserve high praise for their understanding and prioritizing my well being and comfort. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and the food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations.

Super conveniently relocated next to the airport and the shuttle to get there was really nice. Was clean and quiet.

The tub was really nasty looking, it had brown stuff all over it. The pool did not look clean and there were no pool towels available.

Free airport shuttle was right on time and quick to DTW

Could have used a larger bottle of water or maybe even two bottles of water. But thank you for the water.

Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Restaurant on site. Food is very good and restaurant staff friendly. Has shuttle to and from the airport but you have to call the hotel for airport pickup when you arrive and tell them what time you would like the shuttle back to the airport when you check in. When I checked out the hotel showed me as a no show. I showed them my room key and upon further checking they said all was a good.

Your elevators smelled like diesel fuel

We were very pleased with food quality. We had dinner and breakfast. Very nice to have an individually cooked breakfast rather than a buffet. Shuttle was helpful as we were coming from airport. Better signage at airport for pickup would have been helpful. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Pool closed for maintenance, to bad. We were not sure at airport where to wait for your shuttle or how frequently it ran. Better signage at airport would have been helpful.

Good experience - staff was quick and got us checked in fast. Easy check in and out. Shuttle to the airport was on time and fast. Good for a canceled flight last minute booking. No complaints.
