Left before breakfast, didn’t like the bed . The headboard was peeling, needed a new pillows and sheets, Tub didn’t look clean

This hotel is not a bad place if you are just looking for a place to stay before your flight. There is a Bob Evans next door which makes it convenient. Staff is nice and has a basic breakfast offered everyday. They do offer drop off pick up from airport and parking for a lower price than the airport which is great aas well.

It’s ok for the price , the staff are very good people and helpful but the place needs more attention from the owner and updates.

Near the airport and cheap. It did feel like a safe place and lady at front counter was friendly and helpful. It was fine, you get what you pay for. Despite the large parking lot, all car parks were taken. Make sure to organise in advance.

The free airport shuttle, the main reason I booked this hotel was quick and efficient however. Arrived very shortly after ordering in the evening and got me back to the airport in the morning. Breakfast is available early at 5am too, so that's a plus. If you're looking for the bare minimum for cheap then it's not the worst option.

The price I was quoted on Expedia was $60 less than what I was charged once I got to the hotel. The staff wouldn’t bring us new towels- they told us we needed to bring our used towels down before they would provide new ones. Pool was closed (in the middle of summer)? Hotel was definitely more run down than what the online pictures showed. Would not stay here again :(

Stayed in august, the air conditioner was not cooling the room. The refrigerator froze our water bottles solid. The shower was held together with electrical tape to which we decided against showering as controls were rusted as well. Toilet was not flushing properly. We did not have hot water. The door to outside would only close/latch with force and door did not have a lock that worked. In room coffee pot was not in working order and coffee in guest area ran out several times for extended period of time. We opted to have breakfast away from hotel. The floors had not been cleaned from looks of it in some time. The bed and chairs were old and worn. There was a bee hive right outside the door. The grounds had not been kept up. The guest area trash cans were all overflowing. There was also no trash can in bathroom or vanity area. The sign at front says pool, it was covered and not in use. At this time I do not have anything positive to say except it appears that have on-site shuttle to airport. We did not use and did not see them in use but they do look old but there was indicators they had been in use recently.

It was so close to the airport. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were very accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we needed to extend our stay

We had a late night flight cancellation and needed a place to get a few hours of sleep before turning around and getting back to the airport. The staff was polite and helpful, and the shuttle was prompt. It seemed there were quite a few families there in our same situation. The hotel was a little run down. The shower needed a new coat of enamel, for example. But the room was clean and well maintained. Our beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We slept well for the few hours we were there.

Mold in bathroom shower

Breakfast was a little weak. No decaf coffee and the coffee maker in the room did not work.
