Check in Staff was wondeful

The free airport shuttle, the main reason I booked this hotel was quick and efficient however. Arrived very shortly after ordering in the evening and got me back to the airport in the morning. Breakfast is available early at 5am too, so that's a plus. If you're looking for the bare minimum for cheap then it's not the worst option.

The price I was quoted on Expedia was $60 less than what I was charged once I got to the hotel. The staff wouldn’t bring us new towels- they told us we needed to bring our used towels down before they would provide new ones. Pool was closed (in the middle of summer)? Hotel was definitely more run down than what the online pictures showed. Would not stay here again :(

Stayed in august, the air conditioner was not cooling the room. The refrigerator froze our water bottles solid. The shower was held together with electrical tape to which we decided against showering as controls were rusted as well. Toilet was not flushing properly. We did not have hot water. The door to outside would only close/latch with force and door did not have a lock that worked. In room coffee pot was not in working order and coffee in guest area ran out several times for extended period of time. We opted to have breakfast away from hotel. The floors had not been cleaned from looks of it in some time. The bed and chairs were old and worn. There was a bee hive right outside the door. The grounds had not been kept up. The guest area trash cans were all overflowing. There was also no trash can in bathroom or vanity area. The sign at front says pool, it was covered and not in use. At this time I do not have anything positive to say except it appears that have on-site shuttle to airport. We did not use and did not see them in use but they do look old but there was indicators they had been in use recently.

It can be better

We had a late night flight cancellation and needed a place to get a few hours of sleep before turning around and getting back to the airport. The staff was polite and helpful, and the shuttle was prompt. It seemed there were quite a few families there in our same situation. The hotel was a little run down. The shower needed a new coat of enamel, for example. But the room was clean and well maintained. Our beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We slept well for the few hours we were there.

Not the cleanest, pillows and beds not very comfortable and couldn’t use coffee pot in room. It was so dirty and had so much scale build up in water reservoir didn’t even want to pour water in it!

Breakfast was a little weak. No decaf coffee and the coffee maker in the room did not work.

The hotel was perfect for a quick overnight stay, and the complimentary airport shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and reliable. Thank you, Samantha, for your exceptional customer service!

Dirty towels

We could smell weed from the neighbors and could hear everything from people walking by. The pool was closed and covered in July (not that would have swam anyway). There was random plywood and boards strangely balanced across the handrails outside our room which made it feel as though we were in their way by being there. The only thing that met our needs was the airport shuttle at 5:30am that was prompt and included. They did however charge us a $2 airport tax on top of our room rate. Not a big deal, but…..why not include in the price??? The “deposit” of $50 they hold on your card is actually a charge rather than a hold and it takes 3-5 days to refund. Not necessary. We rate this zero stars….please don’t stay here.

Experience was very good altogether

What can I say? This place is gross! It lacks cleanliness and the staff are not helpful. Our towels were dollar store quality....paper thin. They give 2 towels for a room with 2 beds. One was yellow, the other had a big blood stain on it. Not sure how the staff could have missed that in washing it. When I went to the front desk to inquire about new towels and showed them the blood stain, they didn't even apologize. In fact, when I asked for an extra towel, they said I had to return the other one that was still in the room. Breakfast has no hot foods...just yogurt, oranges, apples, cereal, and stale mini muffins. The pillows were lumpy and small and felt like they were made from broken up pieces of foam. They lack care in all aspects! Stay away from this place if you can help it. Hotels around it were all sold out and I can see why there was still availability here.

Not very clean beds / found some dead bugs which looked like bed bugs. I brought it to their attention they grabbed it out my hand and through it away. They try to convince me it was lint but when I took a picture of it and ask Google, what’s this it came up tick or bedbug. There was no way I could stay there. They weren’t willing to give me my money ba

Good overall

No trash can in room , part of the electric was not working , toilet was defective handle kept getting stuck , and when we got back to the room there was no were to park , and also it was advertised that they had a swimming pool and it was covered up

Delta cancelled my flight and I had to find a place in the middle of the night. They had a room available which was clean, the staff was nice, check in was without any troubles, I could sleep the entire night without any disturbances. All great. If Delta was as good as this hotel, the world would be a better place.
