Front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was accommodating for handicapped guest and request for feather pillow. The room was quiet with room room fan. The fan masked the sound of aircraft from nearby airport.

It's convenient to the airport.

The space we had for the price and so near the Airport. I love LaQuinta and they have recliners in some of their rooms. Nothing. They helped us get our shuttles in time and provided very early items for breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable Location is way past due for a remodel. Price is for convenience of the airport I have paid same price for a much nicer more updated room. Location did smell musty but it was just due to outdated cheap building materials absorbing years of cleaning product.

Staff helpful. Room was very generous and clean. Air conditioning good easy to adjust. Breakfast had hot and cold selections.

Toilet seat, lamps, and thermostat were all broken. Elevator has a panel falling off and smells like pickles.

Bed was good carpet just ok. Overall great from the airport late at night and very helpful staff.

This a decent budget hotel. The good points are the location and prompt 24 hour shuttle service. The room was ok but showing some wear. The shower floor is showing some wear too.

No one at front desk during check in, broken lamps in bedroom, light out in bathroom, no hot water, visible black mold in grout in bathroom, very small tv with limited channels, no packet with local information.

You get what you pay for!

My spacious room was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff member who checked me in gave me a great recommendation for dinner. The checkout and airport shuttle were easy. It was outstanding that coffee, fruit and muffins were available starting at 2:30am for those of us with early flights.

Two rooms make it comfortable: bedroom & sitting room, There was hair o the bathroom floor and the carpet seemed to need a couple more minutes with the vacuum cleaner.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and, until now, never had any complaints. Unfortunately, my most recent stay this past weekend was a major disappointment. The property appears to be in serious decline. The elevator is in poor condition, with lifted flooring and damaged side panels that feel unsafe. As soon as you step onto the guest room floors, there is a strong odor of humidity and uncleanliness throughout the hallways. Inside the rooms, the situation is even worse. The musty smell is overwhelming and clearly indicates ongoing maintenance issues. In both rooms I stayed in, the mini refrigerators were broken and leaking water, which added to the overall discomfort and inconvenience. This hotel is no longer at the standard reflected in its current ratings across travel websites. Amenities have also been reduced — the pool is no longer available, and housekeeping service is only provided after the third day of stay, which is unacceptable for a property of this supposed caliber. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Based on my recent stay, I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
