Location is fine. Lounge area comfortable. Bed is comfortable. The room is a decent size. The front desk associates are not friendly. I have stayed here a few times and almost every visit, I do not feel welcome. They are a visitors first impression of the hotel. A smile, a few kind words, and please have them offer to let someone know if anything is needed. I have mentioned these things in the past, but nothing has changed.

I called many hotels looking for a shuttle to the rental cars, when I called the lady that answered the phone told me oh yes our shuttle takes you to the rental cars. I asked her for sure because the other hotels shuttles take you back to the airport where you can get a shuttle to the rental cars. She said no ours take you right to the rental cars. When I got to the hotel they said no we take you back to the airport. After getting our room I called the front desk to ask if they had a complementary breakfast at no charge the lady said yes and gave me the hours. When we went downstairs in the morning trying to get an early start there was none, only the restaurant, which we found out the night before was extremely slow. The room was fine and very quiet.

It was a comfortable stay when I went to use the toilet and flush, it got clogged up. kind of stayed semi-plugged the whole visit

Location and friendliness. Bugs in my bedroom. Moved rooms. Gross. Random pills on floor. Hoping they were vitamins but not sure. That was in the second room in checked into after finding bugs.

Exceptional

The staff was helpful & overwhelmed by those of us who missed connections. The room had a “humidity” smell. The bathroom door knob was loose, the sink stopper & the tub/shower plugs were stuck and the shower rod was bent. The hotel seems in need of an update/upgrade. Plus side, it has a free shuttle & is near the airport.

Marty is an asset to this company. His delivery of service and hospice and the excellency of his knowledge was above superior.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! My room was very clean and so comfortable! The pool was also extremely relaxing!

The hotel room is a little dated and worn. But was suitable for my stay.

The location is perfect. It is a reasonable price for a stay before a flight. But most of all the staff is really good. Very professional. I give a shout out to Aisha at the front desk. She was professional like she worked there forever but indeed she had just started. Marriott-you hired the right person. The hotel room is a little dated and worn. But was suitable for my stay.
