We stayed here for the hot days we had in Michigan it was a last minute stay needed something that was pet friendly the room ac worked wonderful the staff were very friendly anything I need they were attentive, only issue was our room smelled like smoke really bad as soon as you walked in I didn’t like that we asked for air freshener and I brought a plug in from my house, other then that the stay was fine and our dogs liked it.

Honestly, it was not a terrible experience but the room was not clean. It's located in a convenient area and fairly quiet considering it is so close to the airport. Check in was simple and easy, and the front desk guy was nice. Cleanliness was very questionable. The bed had hair on it, the stove top was dirty and above the stove was dirty, cabinets had random items in there from previous people, microwave was dirty, the floor was not vacuumed with stains on the floor, stains on the curtains, I found the smoke detector behind the dresser, and many more things. I believe these things are simple things that can be fixed by housekeeping if they just take the time to throughly clean the room and not just skim through it. I only stayed here for about 10 hours but would I stay here again....personally, no, but if someone just needed somewhere to lay their head for the night and not pay a ton of money, I would say yes.

I love the staff and how personable. And accommodating they are. I wish the breakfast was better and that it lasted. It was replenish all the way to 9 AM. as promise. It’s not really breakfast. It’s kind of snacks.

The front desk person, Roger, was very nice. That’s about it!! Elevator didn’t work in the morning. Where was the front desk staff??? Rang bell. NOBODY showed up!! Room was absolutely DISGUSTING! Third floor. Was that ketchup or blood on the fridge handle??? Sign showed 10 step process for cleaning the room. Last check was with management. Not only should the room cleaner be fired, but also the manager that checked the room. ALSO, none of the lights would turn off. Had to unplug them. Just terrible!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND based on the 2 rooms we rented.

This visit was awful. I had my flight cancelled late at night and booked this hotel under the notion (because it was listed on their website) that they had a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport. Well, they don’t, which I realized after waiting outside for over half an hour and trying to call the property 15 different times just to have nobody answer. So, had to pay for an Uber to drive me just to find out the power was out in the building (which would have been nice to know before I booked it because I would have gone elsewhere). All of that being said, I understand that things happen and it could be that there was no way to inform customers before they booked about the power and their phone lines, I’m assuming, were down. However, I would have assumed that when I got to the hotel and realized it was pitch black in there that they might start the conversation with an explanation on what’s going on and possible options if I wanted to change something about the reservation and/or information on what may be different with no power. Or even just an apology for the inconvenience, but there was literally none of that. I was simply asked if I was checking in and when I asked about the power, nobody responded. I was then asked if I wanted to be escorted with a flashlight to my room and then told to have a good night. With no power came no heat, no amenities really (like wifi and tv), and every noise being amplified. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.

no pool, offers a studio queen bed room with darling kitchen stove, full size refrigerator, no coffee pot, no pans to heat or cook, no dishes to eat from. you have to ask for them at the desk. they will give you a coffee pot but bring your own coffee. Very noisy- Wifi spotty. just wasn’t pleased

Convenience and price The hallway was dirty. A little ran down

The bed was too hard. The exhaust fan in the bathroom blows directly on the shower making it cold to take a shower

Property was great, booking app is horrible though. Huge misunderstanding because of “Booking”. Customer care is garbage, use “Hopper” Loved the property and associates
