Was a great hotel.

Ridiculous! It was very hard to see this. You should have given them a time and put them into groups with different times so your other guest could enjoy their breakfast as well.

In addition to a low quality hotel, they charges us $100 above what Expedia charged. So, I won't be using Expedia again either.

It was a friendly, comfortable and quiet stay.

Attractive, clean, homey, staff were great and the best beds of the several hotels I’ve been in since July!!! Bar and snacks too if I wanted to have a drink!

No ice accessible

I didn't get to eat there, but there is a bar, Cafe, and dinner spot inside and it looked nice. My room had a balcony, which was wonderful. The staff was so great, very helpful. I forgot my glasses on the bed and the housekeeper brought them downstairs for me before I left! The evening concierge gave me a list of places to eat in case I was not interested in coming down stairs. Overall, 5 stars! September 19th and 20th of 2026.

Our second night was a nightmare because these teenagers or young adults were partying in the next room very loudly, preventing us from sleeping. Thankfully the staff were accommodating and let us transfer rooms. But I don’t understand how, for $140 a night, this could happen. The morning before we checked out, I went to the lobby for some coffee, and there was none, so I asked the bartender. He then moved the coffee pot from behind the counter to where I could help myself. Then, I had to ask him for cups, then lids, then milk, and the stirrers. When he or other staff should have had all that out already for any hotel patron to use. And I shouldn’t have to ask for all the coffee related items one by one. It was obnoxious. And the bartender was rude and definitely not willing to help out at all. Last thing..after our first night, we left the hotel for the day and were gone for about a good 5 or 6 hours, and when we returned to our room, housekeeping never came. Our room was not housekept for our entire stay. Needless to say, it was a bad experience and we will never stay here again. Wish I could get a refund or at least a partial refund.

Every day needs a hero. Last night, the Courtyard staff at this hotel were ours! Thank you Courtyard for salvaging our sanity. You are the best!

Exceptional

Very low pressure water in the shower. Confused about which way to turn the knobs to get the water evenly temperatured.

No time for breakfast

Good facility would stay again.

Clean. Odor free. Pleasant.

But do not sell your breakfast unless you are a restaurant! After I paid $150 for a room.
