A little noisy but nice

Tv options were only average. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed so water went everywhere.

Liked that location was set back in an area not in line with other hotels. Of course you have to deal with the airport traffic noise at any of the hotels in the area. Clean, nice property. My only complaint is that they charge daily for parking and I don't remember seeing that on the website as part of the total cost. Find that to be ridiculous unless you are parking your car there because you are flying somewhere and want to avoid airport lots. Probably won't stay there again due to that. Other than that, a nice hotel.

Very conveniently located to the airport, plus airport shuttle services eliminated all concerns. The hotel had friendly, professional staff, clean spacious room, and relaxing, excellent layout lobby/lounge area.

The staff was the most friendly I think I have ever encountered. I travel a lot and they welcomed me from the moment I called to get picked up until the moment I left. I was due back in a week and they knew it and made sure I was taken care of. Fantastic stay!!

I was very disappointed that there is substantial charge for guest parking overnight and no free breakfast; in fact the breakfast on offer was way overpriced. Will not repeat.

The staff were very attentive and polite. We had a handicapped accessible room, which was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and very quiet. I didn’t see a pool, but the courtyard was cozy. I was a little disappointed because we paid for breakfast. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly.

Got stranded at Detroit airport due to weather delays. Booked this hotel last minute and the staff and facilities worked out perfectly. Even had a shuttle back to the airport the following morning!
