Noisy both nights of the stay. Staff and management was ineffective on solving the problem. The hotel added $100 charge on when we paid Expedia.

It was affordable and convenient My room had to be switched due to animal fur being all over the floor , floors wasn’t clean or mopped and I had a dead roach on the floor of the second room I was switched too, lien wasn’t the cleanest

Look like someone had taken a dump in it it wouldn’t even flush had to plunge it the bedding looked stained or dirty couldn’t tell what it was the key to get in worked when it wanted to it was horrible there and the air conditioner barely worked never cooled room down woke up All sweaty

The front desk made a photo copy of my license and forgot to give it back. Failed to give it back before I left. Next night when I needed it in Kentucky, Can’t check-in without a ID. I asked a friend to pick it up,It cost me over 65$ to fedex me 2day ship

The breakfast and pool area was also very hygienic, clean, warm and amazing! Definitely recommend, it’s a must come with your family!
