Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roseville/Detroit Area

The room was clean enough and well designed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The major problem was the clientele. The extreme partying in the parking lot and the all night in and out of the back door was not conducive for a good night's sleep. I would not advise anyone to stay there.

The Hotel itself should be updated. The insides (hallways)seem to be really run down; the bathrooms......... along with dingy wash rags and towels. I had 2 Queen Beds and the bedding on 1 of the beds were spotted with what appeared to be old blood stains. I was fairly disappointed. Ended up checking out a day early.

Very bad experience. I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body after staying here. The bed had bed bugs, and I left covered in bites. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I definitely do not recommend anyone book a room here. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

I guess you get what you pay for? The ice machine was out if order while I was there. I went to do a load of laundry and the machine I picked and put money in was not working. Afternoons the hallways always smelled like Marijuana, I thought it was no smoking facility? Other than that no complaints!

Too old, not clean, dirty everything. breakfast give like poor. cold coffee. no good service.

We ended up leaving before the first night was over and staying in a motel due to seeing four roaches in the room. The hotel refunded our second night but did absolutely nothing for the night I paid for other than saying they were sorry. The bed linens also had hair in them and were stained.

I had bugs all over my room. Cockroaches in my bathroom sink when I woke up. My bed linens were stained throughout the sheets yellow & I wanted to check out immediately & get a refund but I couldn’t because I booked through a third party. Pictures lied the rooms looked nothing like the photos. This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever been forced to stay at my entire life.

rooms were falling apart, bathtub had crack in side, room was wiped down but not clean, due to other customers there were strong smells, dirty hallways and questionable people in and out.

Lobby was clean. First room had sticky stuff all over floor and tables. Second room was musty and had cobwebs over all of the lights above the beds. The emergency exit in the pool area... The doors were chained!! I made them remove the chains while we were in the pool.... They claim to have issues with people sneaking in..... That is still a health violation!!! Lock it when not in use!!!!! Disappointed

The picture of the breakfast is fake. They don’t offer breakfast, just old frozen waffles and bread ( you can see the pictures of what they offer)The build inside smells like pee and smoke. The floor is very dirty. The bathtub is almost brown from an old dirty. They have people leaving there. Everything.

The manager was very rude

I didn’t like anything about the state they had bugs there. It was a roach by the garbage can in my room and they have fleas in the first room bedbugs in the second room, and I recorded videos of it. The fact that they had bedbugs and fleas, the breakfast was awful. They had waffles from a local grocery store a cheap dollar store brand of syrup. The butter was hard for the waffles and they had expired milk and they only had apple juice and steel bread to make toast.
