Well the bed was make up looking nice till I pull the covers back , there was all kind of black stuff in the bed and bonde hair in the bed to so it was bad but the rest of the room was ok ,

I walked in to my room and there were a dirty pair of underwear. No apologies were made, and my request for a new room seemed like an inconvenience. My 4th night there, there were multiple vehicle break ins, cops were there, all night. Needless to say I felt unsafe, and ended up leaving to find a different hotel. Staff did not refund, nor seem apologetic. I reached out to see if I could get a refund for the last 2 nights I had booked, and have still not gotten a response. Absolutely would not recommend, nor will I return.

In operable elevator. Staff knocked on the door every morning (early!), surprised that I hadn’t checked out already(I was there for 5 days!). Smell of pot smoke was constant.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! Was given a room that wasn't even cleaned and walked into a room at close to midnight after a dull day of travel to a stains on the mattress and dirty towels all over the room. Was given a new room that was "cleaned" and it was still in very poor condition. Fan vents were absolutely filthy. After seeing the dirty bedding in the other room, didn't give me much hope for this bed. Literally slept for 4 hours and left as soon as I could.

Super nice staff, don’t get me wrong…but…we will not be staying there again. Ever.

I booked and paid for a room at 11pm at night, due to my A/C had broken down. I decided to get a hotel room with A/C. Booked and paid for the room on Hotels.com, and drove to the hotel, which was about 5 miles away. When I got there, the front desk attendant informed me they had no rooms available. HOW THE HELL CAN THAT HAPPEN HOTELS.COM????? This is one website service I will NEVER use again.

The staff is great. Super nice and friendly. The cost is a little high. Maybe I’m just being picky but it feels a little high.

Property was not well maintained and the room was unclean, I checked out immediately

It was ok clean but no dishes or cup to use bed was not comfortable it’s very standard. Not bad tho at just need things for travelers as far as hair dryer dishes pillows ect Missing standard things for the room which the front desk doesn’t have anymore. You basically need to bring your own everything

Wonderful staff and clean rooms

The staff was very accomidating, but the room was dirty. I did not have a stocked kitchen, I was told I could buy dishes. They then explained that they were a select suites. Therefore they do not supply all the ammenities as other hotels. I had no towels and had to request them. The kitchen sink was dirty and had dried food in it. The bath tub was dirty. Thank God I brought shower shoes. The kitchen floor was filthy, and sticky. The carpet need a really good cleaning, including stain removal and the walls had unknow stains. I slept on top of the covers because I couldn't trust that I had clean sheets. The first thing that hit me when I walked into the lobby was the smell of Weed.

It took 40 min for Ashly to show up only to verbally abuse the 3 ppl who had been waiting. This person was extremely unprofessional and made physical threats. Her vocabulary was F this F that. I would stay away from this establishment.
