The rooms need some serious upgrading the bedsheets had holes in it and so did the blankets the lamp covers were all cut up same with the curtains. The halls smell like cigarettes so bad it’s hard to breathe. The shower floor sounded like it was going to give out at any minute is was very soft in spots The Jacuzzi was the only good thing about the room and even that had a strange smell at first.

No working light on side of bed. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Plug not working to charge except way over by the television. . $50 cash deposit. $50 charge will be refunded 5 days after you check out. NEVER MENTIONED UNTIL I CHECKED IN. Filthy carpeting

Peace & quiet Nothing at all

In other words, the basic cleaning functions were being done: vacuuming, dusting, and laundry. But the over all deep cleaning and upkeep has been severely neglected. The building reeked like smoke, dust, and mold, and is being held together by scotch tape and permanent marker "fixes" just to keep it functional. - this is exactly what I expected. Considering the location, I expected to over pay for a shit hole, and that's exactly what I did. Additionally there was no Continental breakfast. The only breakfast item that was available was a mini bagel. - definitely a disappointment there. Considering I just needed somewhere to get away for a night and clear my mind, this room did the trick. I would come again for the same purpose. But if I'm ever looking for somewhere nice, inviting, or visually appealing, this would not be in the running of choices. The room I rented was way over priced. And I'm sure it's not the only room I'm the building that could use some water damage fixing.

A place to rest Homeless man living in front. None guest loitering. Drug dealer in parking lot. No continental breakfast because none guest consumed most of it. Worse than a short stay.

Nothing. Nothing.We got to Super 8 in Roseville, Michigan. The front desk was rude. He told us to get cash across the street at the gas station. He refused my husband's card. We canceled on the spot. We travel a lot. We drove 3 hours to have to find another hotel.

Very rude at the desk. I guess I took to long to book a room and he tried to charge me 9X the amount he originally told me for deposit..

I was changed 80$ including the deposit

Charge you ten extra dollars for being a min over after check out. Attitude horrible.

It had bugs but the washer and dryer didn't work. The backdoor entrance didn't lock.

The man at the front desk was sketchy. There were burn holes, hairs and the bed was not comfortable. The decorative bedspread had burns and was spoiled and needed washing. The room was kind of dirty and the entire building smelled like cigarettes.

The internet was down at the property, and after waiting for 1.5 hours, I asked that they refund my money. To date, that has not happened, I never was able to checkin and had to find another hotel for the night.

There were roaches in the bathroom, stains and marks on the blankets, questionable stuff written on the bathroom mirror, and looks like somebody punched a hole in the door. They say don't smoke but the whole place smells of weed.
