Very rude at the desk. I guess I took to long to book a room and he tried to charge me 9X the amount he originally told me for deposit..

Clean I was changed 80$ including the deposit

Charge you ten extra dollars for being a min over after check out. Attitude horrible.

I liked that it wasn't a rundown hotel. It had bugs but the washer and dryer didn't work. The backdoor entrance didn't lock.

The price The man at the front desk was sketchy. There were burn holes, hairs and the bed was not comfortable. The decorative bedspread had burns and was spoiled and needed washing. The room was kind of dirty and the entire building smelled like cigarettes.

A nice clean room The smell of smoke in the hallway.

The internet was down at the property, and after waiting for 1.5 hours, I asked that they refund my money. To date, that has not happened, I never was able to checkin and had to find another hotel for the night.

There wasn't anything eye catching it was just a dirty, low maintenance hotel. The deposit was only $20 which I liked. There were roaches in the bathroom, stains and marks on the blankets, questionable stuff written on the bathroom mirror, and looks like somebody punched a hole in the door. They say don't smoke but the whole place smells of weed.

Location and bedroom comfortability. I didn't like how I accidentally got a room for a week with no microwave or fridge and the refundable "safe" charges I was charged.

Took a deposit that is supposed to be refunded and have yet to get it back.

How you have to have a key to get into the rooms as well as enter the hotel.

Leaving The first room smelled like cat pics. The second had stains, the floor looked like it hadent been cleaned in a month. One swipe of the wash cloth in the tub and it came up black. The worst part was The roaches that crawled out the room.

The location is perfect for what we do, and has been for almost 20 years. We asked for an accessible room...since when are they on the 2nd floor? And there was NO continental breakfast anymore. The bathroom did not have any grab bars in the shower/tub.

The price Roaches, stained carpets, broken ventilation in bathroom, leaky faucet in bathroom, still haven't seen the continental breakfast, fridge rumbled and buzzed all day and night

Nothing Looked nothing in person as it did online. I wouldn¿t dare even use my shower because of the smell and stained on the floor. Beds were small and filthy. Limited supplies provided. No place for kids. Rude staff.
