Room was half way clean jacuzzi tub was dirty shower was dirty sheets were stained cover had burn holes an stains switched room 3 times house keeping never came to service the room my whole stay. Had to go by my own tissue an towel alot of DRUG Addicts an people just loitering around did not feel safe at all

Walking in at 230 pm the tables still had food all over them frome breakfast floor had piles of dirt that had not yet been cleaned up. Once got to room it had a very bad odor to it front desk said no it doesnt smell it was cleaned. Somehow I loss almost 22 hrs of time . All I know is when in room I could not stay awake. Woke with bad headache and foggy brain . Went to dr tested positive for carbon monoxide.

First off I paid for the room the day I reserved it through Expedia. When I got there to check in, he told me there was a $20 deposit that could either be made in cash or credit card. I used my credit card. That was three days ago and I’m still waiting for my refund $20. I went to wash my hands and there was no hand soap there. The microwave was nasty. Also there was great big hair balls like somebody brushed their hair and threw it on the bathroom floor. Obviously the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before they re-rented it.I will definitely not stay here again.

Terrible hotel !!!! I repeat !! Terrible hotel with shady front desk , blood stains on dang near every wall, hair in the bath tub, burn holes in every sheet and comforter also plenty of addicts and lot lizards roaming all throughout the hotel at all times !!! Not a safe hotel

The Manager was very and disrespectful telling us to leave. That there is no way. We even told the Manager to come to the room because it even smelled heavy of burnt smoke. This Hotel needs to be investigated because it's unclean, unsanitary. The Manager needs to be investigated and shut down to remodel.

No breakfast was offered even though it is on the website. High police present the room was very poor. No staff no coffee in the room. If you are traveling to Michigan to the Roseville area don't stay at this place. Also the room smelled like cigarettes.
