I was up at 7am no breakfast just white bread on the counter no fruit jelly absolutely nothing this is the worse hotel I’ve been to we were ran out the lobby area for the staff to swipe up like as if she didn’t see us sitting there having a conversation she could have waited it was like they didn’t want us to congregate.

Very disappointing stay. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because breakfast was advertised until 10:00 AM, but when I arrived before that time, there was nothing left. The breakfast area was messy, food stations were empty, and no one seemed to be restocking anything. It felt like they had already shut breakfast down well before the posted hours. If you advertise breakfast until 10:00 AM, guests should receive the same service whether they arrive at 7:00 or 9:45. This was frustrating and not what I expected from a Wyndham property. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast was terriblethere was no ice buckets,coffee maker the sheets had holes ,long hair was in the sink when I was not going to complaine until i found the Crack pipe and lighter under the towel rug on the tub and all he said is the house keeper didn't clean well

Breakfast was horrible. And I was supposed to be in the hot tub and wasn't they told me I would have to pay more.

It was TERRIBLE experience. Dirty rooms, beds stained, trash everywhere. And when they switched me to a different room the other room was super dirty.

Absolute terrible the only things they offer was serial and coffee, not even spoon was available

The Hotel was Disgusting Filthy, the toilet seat was old stained and crooked, the Breakfast was also disgusting waffles that were awful..There were cockroaches in my room and I complained to the Manager and said if you don't like it, you can leave!?!? I want my money back for a FULL REFUND ASAP!!! Thanks! The FILTH AND DIRTY ROOM, LOBBY, ELEVATOR WAS ON IT'S LAST LEG, THE WHOLE PLACE WAS DISGUSTING INHABITABLE AND SHOULD BE CITED AND CLOSED DOWN BY THE HEALTH AND SAFETY DEPARTMENTS!!!

I was refused check in by a racist clerk who projected racial slurs at me and lost the money that was paid on-line for reserving the room due to the clerk's mishandling whish amounted to the full price of the room.
