The hotel is in disrepair. There was a notice that the sprinkler system was not working properly. The third floor smelled TERRIBLY of marijuana. The pool was cloudy with clumps of hair littering the area and no available towels. The grout in the shower was moldy. The carpet on the main level, leading to the pool, was pulled up in several areas. There was an opened condom wrapper on the floor in our restroom. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. We were only staying one night so we didn’t complain but we’ll DEFINITELY not be staying here again.

the place was pretty dirty. there was maybe poop on the wall in the bathroom. there was gunk in the corners of all the rooms. saddest continental breakfast I've ever seen. would not recommend unless you had no other options.

Didn't care for the strong marijuana smell on main floor and halls continuous for both days we were there. No coffee maker in room as advertised. Hot water for tea was cold. Breakfast was terrible - no fruits(except oranges) or yogurt. Sausages were just fried Vienna canned sausages- gross. No EV charging stations nearby (knew that going in). Bathroom door was hard to open and close. Poor lighting to apply makeup. Didn't feel like a safe community for a walk.

Staff was friendly & helpful A few issues were resolved quickly .I used pool everyday to exercise very nice.- I was there Wed - Saturday - not many guests until Friday night It is an older hotel recently bought - owner is working on updating . He has several hotels BEDS were comfortable as was room

Advertised buffet breakfast but during g the week it was continental and the exact sale thing every day. Saturday and Sunday were the only days with eggs and sausage links.

Because of a family death couldn’t go called hotel and they told me they couldn’t do anything I would have to call hotel .com .did no answer too many things going on didn’t get to call back and cancel

Hotel is dated and dark….first room I was given, the beds weren’t made and the person at the desk wanted me to go with him to verify that they weren’t made. The second room had mold around the top of the tub

There is no hit tub, the pool rules were not enforced, there was agroupof children i thunk about 8 of them screaming, jumping in the pool all under the age of 13 no supervision. It was very annoying and had to leave because of all the commotion and the screaming was literally hurting our ears. Talked to the staff and they did nothing. We walked down the hall to our room and walked through literally cob webs

Hotels.com hasn't been much help trying to get my money back. I did not get what this hotel promised when I made my reservation. Not even close.

The walls are very thin as we heard our neighbor fighting. The breakfast my children enjoyed. When we left the next morning they jad emptied out our garbages and refreshed our towles, but left the beds unmade.

One positive was the staff dealt with kids running up and down the hallway knocking on random hotel doors at 10:30 pm quickly. Rooms were clean and in good condition though.

The room had a funny musty smell, the carpet felt damp like they just cleaned up a previous client's mess, the beds were too soft, the tub and sink had missing components, the view was of a graveyard (I didn't mind it too much but others might), the breakfast was meager with some mini-hot dogs pawned off as sausages, we couldn't get to the waffle maker as kids had it occupied for almost an hour and we had to leave, the pool was filled with about 15 kids with another ten waiting to jump in and this was at 9am.

The staff was prompt and polite but the facility was a little run down. The elevator door had graffiti carved into it. There were places on the walls that looked like the wall paper had been sliced into and the toilet seat had dark stains on it. Also the hotel said no smoking but I smelled the strong stench of weed more than once in the hallway. To be honest the stay was okay but if you're looking for a place to feel comfortable, I wouldn't recommend staying at this location.
