Tried to check in and out room was not available

The hotel is attached to a drug rehabilitation center and a club on the other side. The room reservation was for a double bed, but upon arrival we were made to pay an upgrade fee for double beds. At checkout, the agent said the room reservation was indeed for a double bed and doesn’t know why we were charged the extra fee and that we could not get the money back at that time we’d have to call back to ask for the upgrade fee to be put back on the credit card. We need clean towels for the room in which we were never advised that we would have to bring the dirty towels down to the desk to receive new tiles. The Staffy was never at the desk when we came down to complain or talk about anything we always had to wait for several minutes and even sometimes not even seeing anyone at all and just no help.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They were doing maintenance until 8:00 p.m., creating constant noise and disruption. When we informed the front desk, they told us there was nothing they could do. The towels were dirty, the room itself was not clean, and to make matters worse, we found bed bugs. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and condition of the hotel were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Nothing

Bug holes in curtains, a portable a/c unit complete with hole in wall. Woman who checked me in was nice but others wouldn't acknowledge us as we were on the building. Mini golf was closed both days. It was a roof over our heads.

They did not have our room available.

My room had holes in the wall, leading into another room that looked like a maintenance room. My room stunk and smelt like urine.\n There was an additional deposit for my room that I didn't even know about until I got there. It said there was pool access and they told me they had no pool, it was not worth what I paid.

Didn’t like that the pool wasn’t open and that the shower needed to be updated

The Staff was Excellent and Friendly. The bed was very comfortable! The extra facilities were really nice! Just wish it kept the giant swimming pool....

I reluctantly stayed there the first night, but after finding feces on the wall on the bathroom wall, the bathtub not draining, bugs on the floor in the lobby, I left that morning and did not stay the second night. It was a bad experience. I did not feel safe and I did not sleep well that night. In all my years that I've been staying at hotels that are sponsored by choice plus I've never stayed in such a disgusting place. They need to be inspected by Choice Plus.

The building was old and had a minor odor. The rooms were okay some have portable air conditioners which were a bit noisy.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Most concerning, they directed religious slurs toward my father during a confrontation. The way they behaved toward him was completely unacceptable and discriminatory. When I attempted to address this behavior and hold them accountable, the staff refused to take responsibility. They explicitly stated that they are not operating as a Quality Inn and are instead "privately owned," using this as an excuse to avoid any standards of conduct. Furthermore, they refused to provide contact information for any corporate office or ownership group where I could file a formal complaint regarding their behavior. If you are looking for a safe, respectful, and professional place to stay, look elsewhere. The complete lack of accountability and the hostile environment here is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking a stay at this location

They charged me a security deposit because of a face towel that had coffee on it. They also asked me not to pay through Hotels.com, saying the price might not be correct. But isn't the price on Hotels.com advertised by them? I noticed the price on Hotels.com increased during my stay and changed back after I left. I found the employees to be unprofessional, and I felt I was treated unfairly. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was clean and fresh

This facility appears to be a homeless shelter. Notices on door to "tenants". People pushing shopping carts, carrying grocery bags as if they live there. Dark and gloomy reception desk...scary!
-
I don't like the chairs in the dining room breakfast area it's very dirty and all the carpet in the hotel and in the rooms dirty.
-
