To start, the pictures of this location are misleading. It is apart of a drug rehabilitation facility that leads directly into the hotel. 2nd my players were forced to show ID even once I specified that we were a collegiate sports team. Third, my players told me after the fact that they had dirty towels, they had stained sheets and their rooms were dirty. I am dissatisfied with our overall experience this past weekend at this establishment.

If you are looking for a motel never reserve this dump. Says it took service dogs but they dont. Reason because the help is allergic. Why not say that on site if not going to take dogs. But the place should be destroyed. Great if you are homeless.

Place is DISGUSTING. Random stains everywhere - every single wall, the sheets, mattress, you name it. Dead bug in our bathtub. Used condom on the floor. Halls reek of marijuana. Staff was nice at least.

The staff was awful. Not very friendly at all. I’m still waiting to get my deposit back for the three rooms I rented. I called the supposed to be general manager and a desk lady who didn’t want to help at all. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Terrible customer service.

Hotel had no hot water. Room had an auxiliary stand alone A/C and a pedestal fan. It was loud. I had to sleep w/ear plugs!

The hotel is attached to a drug rehabilitation center and a club on the other side. The room reservation was for a double bed, but upon arrival we were made to pay an upgrade fee for double beds. At checkout, the agent said the room reservation was indeed for a double bed and doesn’t know why we were charged the extra fee and that we could not get the money back at that time we’d have to call back to ask for the upgrade fee to be put back on the credit card. We need clean towels for the room in which we were never advised that we would have to bring the dirty towels down to the desk to receive new tiles. The Staffy was never at the desk when we came down to complain or talk about anything we always had to wait for several minutes and even sometimes not even seeing anyone at all and just no help.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They were doing maintenance until 8:00 p.m., creating constant noise and disruption. When we informed the front desk, they told us there was nothing they could do. The towels were dirty, the room itself was not clean, and to make matters worse, we found bed bugs. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and condition of the hotel were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Bug holes in curtains, a portable a/c unit complete with hole in wall. Woman who checked me in was nice but others wouldn't acknowledge us as we were on the building. Mini golf was closed both days. It was a roof over our heads.

What I like about the property was it was close to family and the location of the reunion There was portable air conditioning that barely work and there was a heat wave the noise of the unit and fan together just about drove me insane

My room had holes in the wall, leading into another room that looked like a maintenance room. My room stunk and smelt like urine.\n There was an additional deposit for my room that I didn't even know about until I got there. It said there was pool access and they told me they had no pool, it was not worth what I paid.
