The front desk staff; that’s it. Blood or red nail polish on shower floor, no linens for pull out sofa bed, broken desk lamp, desk chair arm rests had metal exposed, tv did not work, stuffing coming out of comforter, some leftover food or condiment in fridge

There was also debris on the floors and quite a bit of hair in the bathroom and shower. I reported the condition of the first room and was moved, but when the replacement room had similar cleanliness issues, I decided not to complain again. I ended up wiping down the bathroom and cleaning up what I could myself. Aside from the cleanliness, the stay was overall good. However, cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially when it comes to bedding and bathrooms. Finding hair on supposedly clean sheets in more than one room is concerning and definitely something housekeeping and management need to address.
