Room was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly.

Very nice

The room we were put in was disgusting. There were dead bugs on the floor. Cobwebs in the corners of the entry way. There was a hole in the wall. The bathroom floor had a big crack in it. There was hair in the sink and on the counter. The shower floor was dirty. The trim in the bathroom was coming off. The fridge had some kind of yucky stuff stuck to it too. They moved us to another room and it also had hair still in the sink and on the counter and stuck to some kind of sticky stuff on the door. The people above us kept stopping around from midnight to 3am.

I stayed on the second floor, the people above me was stomping hard on the floor , running and jumping hard until 3 in the morning that was to much

I miss the Waffle makers. The Pancake machine just doesn't hit the same.

Breakfast is okay. The fruits not fresh on our 2nd day.

For being an IHG property, this property needs room renovation maitnance and outside maitanace with parking lot and garbage cans being checked for cleanliness. A towel service would help you also. also Phones in room need to be in working order!!!!!! Staff, Very pleasent, Very helpful and ready to accommodate.

Amazing staff

The only hotel close to where we needed to stay, sheets were stained, bathroom floor was not clean and property was very noisy and messy thanks to the sports teams that were staying there, throwing junk And definitely not cleaning up after themselves. Super sticky floors and overall seem like a lot to keep up with disappointing of a stay.

I didn't like how dirty the pool was and that our blankets were dirty.

I needed an early check in about 1 hour before as I had a meeting at check in time. Called ahead hours before while driving but no one could accommodate as they had been full the night before, but I figured at least one room might have been ready! One hour to me is not a lot to ask. So I couldn’t change or quickly shower and took all my belongings with me. Wish I could have had that early check in to prepare.

Everything That the staff was friendly and nice

The tv was difficult. I had to use two remotes. I had to program one of the remotes to raise or lower the volume each time I turned the TV on. I asked staff to fill the soad dispensers that were empty from the start. My request was ignored. The suite that I paid extra for was just a sleeper couch. I turned over a pillow and found it to be blood splattered. Thank you for your attention.

2-breakfast was good 3-pool and surrounding area disaster - enter into the pool at your own risk 4- remote control is nice and sticky, eeeuuuu 5- staff is good

Our room was very nice, the breakfast was great, and parking good. My only issue is the extra charge on my credit card that no one can assist me with. I paid the total amount before I got there through Hotels.com. The hotel put a $100.00 Hold on the card that is customary. We checked out on time and was told we had no balance and the receipt would get email to me, but it never was. The Hotel charged an additional $173.67.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable..breakfast was a vast variety of choices, staff was friendly and accommodating..:plenty of handicap parking spaces, friendly security guard and easy to work air conditioning….
