Great stay

Everything of my stay was great except for the shade/ Curtain was missing and the window being so huge at night we was up all night due to factory lights, light pole glaring whole night as we slept and even waking up bright sunshine glaring in room....my lady who suffers from midgranes was complaining whole time which made our night miserable....I called front desk and reported it and being a Third Party it was nothing they couldn't do or get another king size bed at that moment of calling. It was noted but I'm very frustrated of ruining a moment we needed because of a curtain....so im hoping of response....from corporate....

Staff was great. My shower was dirty though. I only stayed for a night.

Decent

Everything was better than expected. We stayed three nights, no issues, staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, 24 hour coffee/tea, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Detroit North - Roseville. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The location was convenient for work and travel around the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Everything was great. I enjoyed the staff, and the breakfasts were hearty. The only thing I noticed was that the carpeted floors could have been vacuumed more frequently.

There was a blood stain on the floor. The room was doused in cleaner and was potent. Sheets were messy with hair/stains. Phone was dripping with chemicals.

Upon arrival, my room did not look like it was clean matter of fact.I know my bathroom was not clean.There was hair on the bathroom floor the water was leaking from behind the toilet. So there was a puddle of water. My entire stay again. Your staff was very friendly and nice, but the fact that I paid $209, and I had been in a dirty room with no working TV. Yes, they offered to move me rooms, but we were already in there. This all should have been checked out before we got there and again. We were on our way to a party. So I didn't have time to go back-and-forth. But again, your staff was friendly and they apologized for the way the room looked, but again I feel as though I am owed some type of compensation from the pool area which was disgusting with black mode. On the wall, I took pictures. I took pictures of the water on the floor by the toilet. I took pictures of where the air conditioning cover was removed again. This was not a good hotel. It was not the cleanest hotel. I mean, price wise. It was okay, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Our rooms showed quite a bit of wear and tear. The hotel seems to need renovation. The carpeting in our rooms has seen better days and emitted a disagreeable odor. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Roseville was incredibly disappointing and honestly disturbing. We stayed for 9 days, and housekeeping barely happened. Our room went 3 straight days without being cleaned. Trash piled up, towels weren’t consistently refreshed, and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were often not replenished. For the price and the length of our stay, that level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. The most upsetting part happened while I was working out in the hotel gym. The men’s restroom is directly across from the workout room. A man had been going in and out of the restroom for a while, and then he stood there masturbating and intentionally exposed himself to me. I had to call 911 and file a police report. What makes this even worse is that I later learned staff had apparently been allowing this man inside for breakfast and around the property, despite security concerns. I was also told CCTV footage had been provided to police, and then found out that may not have been true. Even more shocking, the same man returned to the hotel that same night and was still not arrested. No guest should ever have to experience this. Between the poor housekeeping, lack of security, and how this incident was handled, I would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, quiet room with friendly professional staff. However, did not appreciate the sun waking me up due to extremely thin, non light blocking window shade.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside to the room is that Holiday Inns no longer have in room coffemakers.

When we arrive at the hotel on Sunday, we found out there was no power to the outlets on the light poles in the back parking lot to which I plug my fishing boat to re-charge my batteries. Luckily, I found an outlet on the building that I could use. However, there was no safety/security light in the area I had to park my boat.

The room was clean and we had a good experience. The only downside was that we could hear the people in the room above us all night long moving around and making a lot of noise.
