Room was great except for the very noisy air conditioner.

We traveled with our three grandchildren in August and stayed at this property. I would definitely stay there again as it was very clean and very quiet. We used the pool and that was well maintained and open till midnight. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. I am a light sleeper and usually do not like to stay at hotels, but it is a very quiet building and we slept well. The next morning, we had a free breakfast which included eggs, potatoes, waffles, along with the usual cereals, fruits, yogurts that you would expect. I definitely recommend this hotel.

They have a nice facility and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and well maintained but is definitely an older property. I was unable to access the wifi during my stay, and the desk staff was no help. Also, the ac unit in the room was dripping and soaking the carpet, which when I let the staff know they seemed to think I wanted a discount

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend. The hotel was clean, rooms were very quiet, and the bed comfortable. It’s pretty no frills, but does the trick for a clean, quiet place to sleep. The breakfast was fine, although it consisted mostly of carbs (breads, cereals, waffle maker) and was lacking protein options (no bacon, sausage, or scrambled eggs, although they did have hard-boiled eggs). The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was clean and there weren’t dirty towels strewed about. There is no hot tub, which is a bummer. It seemed like people were constantly losing money in the drink vending machine, so beware! There is a fridge and microwave in the room, and the fridge kept drinks cold, so bring your own or go to Lunds or Walgreens across the road and stock up. The hotel is walkable to some restaurants (La Tapatia was delicious and shared the same parking lot).

Location No one was at front desk in the evening to voice our concerns. Room was musty smelling. The elevator did not go down from our 4th floor. We had to have someone walk down a floor to send up the elevator. Such a hassle to bring our baggage down when we checked out. Sketchy people were hanging out around the property that did not appear to be staying. Did not feel safe!

I selected this hotel for its proximity to the home of a family member. We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn't cleaned. They appeared to only clean between guests, not each night. This is not a bargain hotel, so cutting a basic service is not appropriate. The breakfast is very poor, low quality food, lots of cheap carbohydrates, mediocre apples and oranges (why not a banana, which is a more consistent fruit), basically a lack of appetizing, healthy choices. To top it all off, I don't know which was noisier, the air conditioning or the refrigerator...

I like the location, it is close to all the shopping areas and entertainment. It is also a really quiet area, which I enjoy. The front desk people seem to always hangout in the back.

Air conditioning was leaking into the room, floor was soaked. Needs attention. Did not effect our stay just thinking there was mildew or mold. Breakfast was good and they have a very nice outdoor space to enjoy. Will book there again.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good both days.

We enjoyed a clean, comfortable , quiet stay. The buffet was great and held variety. The person in charge of the buffet kept it filled, warm and clean and we enjoyed having the patio to go onto. The location was perfect for us as well.
