Lota of kids jumping in the pool and hot tub. I’ve stayed here twice and the staff has always been so awesome though!

Nice, clean room. Staff was very helpful.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides. The room didn’t include basic toiletries, which was inconvenient. The biggest issue was the noise. Guests gathered in the courtyard and were loud well into the night, making it difficult to sleep. We were hoping for a more restful stay. If the hotel addressed the late-night noise and ensured rooms were stocked with basic amenities, it would make for a much better experience.

10/10 no problems at all

The experience outpaces the price. That’s all I really have to say. I’ve stayed in a lot of subpar hotels for the same price. Last one had a broken TV. This one had a nice Samsung, even capable of auto-sign out when you check out. Convenient, relaxing. Room was nice. Wish it had a tub but that’s only because my place also lacks a tub. Oh well. Front desk even helped me put on a very stubborn necklace before I left for a wedding. I had a great stay!

The room we stayed in was not very clean. The bathroom door handle did not work properly. The pool is about the best part of the hotel.

Our stay was wonderful the staff was fantastic and we would stay again. Parking is great if you own a car or SUV,but if in a truck it's a tight fit. Bummed it dosnt have free breakfast but loved the pool area and that it's open from 6am to 12pm. Our room didnt come with a desk chair and it's a bit outdated. The beds were just OK they may need to think about replacing them soon. This is a venue hotel so at times it got a bit noisy from kids running around but honestly it didn't bother us much.

Good staff, well maintained hotel. Axels restaurant was enjoyable.

Black mold in the bathroom, a pullout with unclean linens are the main issues but trust the feedback. This hotel needs significant attention.

Happy with everything thanks very much! I really like AC units that work well and are easy to operate. These were perfect. Breakfast was all gone by closing time - so don’t cut it close!

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. When I got to my room, everything was clean, neat, and comfortable. It had a relaxing atmosphere, and I had a peaceful night’s sleep. The rate felt fair for the location and amenities. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel is right next to the shopping mall, making it very convenient if you want to shop or grab something to eat. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and met my expectations. If I ever need a last-minute hotel in the area again, I would definitely consider staying here.

We’ve stayed here a couple years in a row for a large annual car show in area. Knowing that their parking lot may overflow with show cars, they arrange for extra parking at business across the street, which we did utilize this year and appreciated. Property is clean, pool was warm, hot tub was great, staff friendly. My only complaint is that both years we’ve made requests in our reservations (made months in advance), to have our three rooms close to each other. Even with reserving all rooms under one account and noting in all room notes for special request, all 3 rooms were on different floors and opposite areas of hotel. All rooms were basic double queens.

I would stay there again!

Overall, I would not recommend this Doubletree by Hilton. Their attached restaurant AXELS is overpriced for what you’re getting. I ordered a Cajun pasta dish with only four shrimp in it, not a good portion and it was $49.00. I would also not recommend their queen whirlpool suite especially the one on the fourth floor, which I ended up getting a tickling coughing sensation and I wonder if it had to do with the fact that there is a moldy wet smell throughout the room that that’s musty. The Jacuzzi whirlpool and the suite was absolutely atrocious until I cleaned it with my professional tub cleaner. There were dings in the wood in the bathroom and ripped places in the carpet with no way to open up the window. The Jacuzzi jets were very powerful and luxurious after I cleaned the tub so I would recommend that if they can get antimicrobial piping, it’s pretty disgusting with what you should not have to be dealing with as a guest. I would advise you to not consider staying here, especially in the whirlpool suite until they have fixed what needs to be fixed you are not getting your moneys worth.
