Three items in the room malfunctioned. Two lights and one hanger

Fresh brewed coffee, and decaf was an option. No hot eggs available. Dining area/capacity small. Lobby was very small for 6 floor hotel. We were upgraded to King suite, but didn’t need the suite room, so our bedroom area was very cramped. Stayed in King at Hol.Inn.Expr. in Bismarck the previous night and had lots of room.

The lady at the front desk had an unbelievable personality, the room was cleaned to perfection, and the morning breakfast had abundant choices to choose from and was so tasty. thanks to the team at this hotel

Love the breakfast and the pool and the proximity to things I want to do.

Comfortable bed and pillows! Breakfast was pretty good, except for the oatmeal that was soupy! I like that breakfast started at 6:30 am! I booked adjoining rooms, or rooms close together. That was verified when I checked in. The lady gave us rooms on the opposite end of the floor! Very noisy, there is little to no noise barrier for the doors, I could see through to the hall between the door and the door jam. The bathroom wasn't clean in one room, no vending machines on any floors. No in-room coffee maker

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Easy parking and right off the interstate. Very nice stay

It is located right next to a distribution center, with trucks beeping willing backup through out the evening and early morning

Cleanness and nice breakfast

Cigarette butts need to be picked up by picnic bench across from front entrance. Staff needs to know breakfast hours. Too bad it doesn’t have hot tub.

My family and I loved how comfortable the beds were. We would definitely stay there again.

There was 2 separate reservations made for me. I stayed august 13-16 but had to check in twice

I was expecting to check out on Sunday. When I found out my reservation had not been extended. I had to make other arrangements for Saturday night.

Main issue is the window did not block any sound. My room was just above the main entrance. Every time the employees or guest went out side to smoke. You could hear them talking as if they were in the room. I've stayed at the holiday inn and suites in downtown Milwaukee. No issues there. Think the issue is cheap windows.
