Residence Inn by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

Very nice for the price. Convenient for families with the separate loving quarters from the bedroom. Apartment type feel in a hotels atmosphere. Staff was on point with anything we needed.

The property is great. Everything’s clean, the staff is friendly, it’s very safe and they have free parking and breakfast. Online it says a pet fee MAY apply. It does not say that they will charge you a non-refundable extra $100 for bringing your pet. Obviously we would not have chosen to stay here had we known, we would’ve just stayed downtown as the price would’ve been the same without the driving in and out of the city.

Breakfast was very nice. It had a variety of food to choose from. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. They have a barbecue in the courtyard so if you wanted to grille some burgers and brats you could.

The staff goes above and beyond. They welcome you back and tell you to have a great day when you leave. They take a personal interest in what you are doing in the area. That is very refreshing. The pool and hot tub were really nice and clean. The only negative is that for the 1-bedroom suite, the foot of the bed is very close to the dresser making it hard to get to the far side of the bed.

Average at best. Corners have black in them. I do not know if it is mold or just ground in dirt.

Great everything untill that Sat am, Glad Mom brought her purse, 5 waters cost $20.. Thats not ok.

My wife has one condition so whenever we go out and we see black around the molding or in the tubs we’re afraid Sirinlack mold. They switched their rooms once with seen they wouldn’t give us a refund to go somewhere else. We’ve just stayed maybe not a good idea but we did.

my shower was cold and the kitchen faucet was always hot

The room need to be clean because i do see insect inside the room.

The staff on receptopn and in the breakfast room were wonderful. A great team, professional and really helpful.
