Reviews
-
Severely understaffed hotel. Rooms were clean though. Saturday breakfast buffet was lacking and expensive for what you got.
-
Noisy, old matress, breakfest horrible.
-
Staff was very courteous and polite. The building was very clean and quiet.
-
It was clean, the staff were friendly and it met all our needs. I plan to stay there next time I am in Roseville.
-
Only thing I would change is make it free contental breakfast
-
Staff was extremely friendly and also very helpful.
-
I didn’t like that the Starbucks and restaurant didn’t have longer hours. I did not like that rules were not enforced in the pool. We were not able to use it due to many obnoxious boys. Staff did nothing when I complained.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out.

When entering the hotel upon check in at 9 pm. They had live music in the lobby that was blaring loud. The woman at the check in counter wasn't very helpful just gave me my card to the room with no directions. My room was right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Lots of traffic and very loud patrons at all hours of the day and night. The AC is controlled by the hotel. Automatically shuts off which caused me to wake up multiple times in the night sweating pillows were not very firm and bed was uncomfortable. Also was charged 14.00$ for 2 bottles of water. Peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom near the shower. Only thing great was the onsite free parking. Don't recommend..

Everything is excellent but the shower top seemed a little bit unsafe looking a little bit slippery> it didn't look as safe as it should be after thorough cleaning. maybe the problem was my feet but when I stand on a shower top as an elderly person, I always taste how firm I can stand on it without sliding off. I didn't slide off but that could easily happen when compared to my shower top at home

Parking was safe and secure, nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun!
-
Newer property well kept and excellent amenities Only issue so far is that I booked and paid on Booking.com and was charged again at the hotel. I trust one of these charges will go away shortly
-
No free breakfast, I had to ask to have the rooms cleaned and the conditioner filled. I was there for 5 days
-
Perfect location, very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet and very accommodating. We stay here when we go to Minneapolis NE to visit family.
-
Decent rooms and easy parking. Conveniently located for activities in Roseville/Falcon Heights area.

Clean room

There was a hockey tournament in town with families and kids staying in the hotel. It was noisy.

We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. Front desk lady was sure to remind us that our 2nd night would be nonrefundable & could not print us any kind of receipt for cancelling. We took the loss on that night unfortunately. Overall staff was friendly but wouldn't chose this location again.

Clean, Hot tub was broken. Short staffer

The room I had was getting to look a bit well used with some items not exactly working just right. Usb plugs sloppy, toilet paper hanger loose, tv remote a bit difficult to operate. Nothing serious but definitely not as good as I expected.
