I like that everyone was so friendly, professional and efficient. Beautiful facility and courtyard. It’s off the main road which made it nice and quiet. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

The response from the Booking.com team was unacceptable. Sent multiple communications and try multiple phone calls. No response poor.

The courtyard was a nice place to meet and play games. The cold lemon water was refreshing. I liked the shower. My pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast muffins, coffee cake etc. were overpriced for the quality. The ice machine on 3rd floor was not working.

I loved the cleanliness of my room. I love how comfortable the bed and pillows were. I’d love to know where to purchase the sheets and pillows! The staff was very kind and friendly. I didn’t like that the Starbucks and restaurant didn’t have longer hours. I did not like that rules were not enforced in the pool. We were not able to use it due to many obnoxious boys. Staff did nothing when I complained.
