the room had bed bugs. I took pitchers, it was horrible

Everything was par for the price. Dont count the breakfast though, you're better off going to a gas station.

Great value and newly remodeled!

I paid for my room online and when I arrived staff advised me that, aside from having my card on file, I was required to pay $100 cash deposit. At about 4:30 am someone from the hotel attempted to make charges on my card (which thankfully did NOT go through) then when I proceeded to check out I asked for my $100 bill back & was told “it will be credited to your card.” I told the customer service representative “I’m not here to play games Sir I paid you $100 cash and I would like my cash back” and then finally received my money back. Be careful. This hotel and its employees seem to enjoy taking advantage of people if they are able to. Also, the “continental breakfast” was cheap and very much lacking decent quality food or variety.

Pay deposit in cash, takes forever to return to card.

Great place and good service

While the room was fairly clean, the entrance was prepped for construction and there was no sign on the outside of the building. The other customers were very loud and banging on the doors in the middle of the night. I would not recommend staying here.

Most you guys clean rooms. No cable and the price is kind of more for.the room

No microwave inside room, I didn't have toilet tissue, no cold drinks in venting also vending needs were very expensive! But the staff was very patient while I had waited to check in wasn't rude but very informative about how to get my room deposit payed! Its ran very structured and I can respect that.. as the renovations come along the key inn stay was very comfortable and quite & cleanliness was EMACULANT!!! Ik where ill be coming to stay when I come in town on weekends!

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The whole hotel stinks of mildew and body odor. Was almost hit in the parking lot twice. Elevator falling apart with cardboard walls and moving blankets nailed up. Extended my stay for the same room and staff wanted me to move out at 11 to check back in at 3 for no explainable reason. Please save yourself the trouble.

The hotel is nice for me price. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard. It was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood but other than that it's not bad .
-
Room was clean, other than the toe nail (not ours) on the floor. Bed was comfy, but not enough pillows. Still no place to hang clothes, but the shower was nice and hot, though the head is too low and I am 5’7”
-
The room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean and there showered was really dirty, I had u use to used a half of bottle of bleach, the elevator smells like mildew, the hallway was dirty too, I will NEVER go back there, they breakfas, on the scale 1 to 10, I give them 1, it was the worst ever

I went to check in and the counter person and a customer were arguing and yelling at each other! I turned and left and didn't check in! I didn't feel safe there! Could not get a refund!
-
Overall, it was good enough for taking rest or sleep for a night.
-
They are remodeling when we stayed there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only bad thing the breakfast could use a little more options. There is plenty of parking even for those who have trailers.
-
Was not told about breakfast, but saw it the day I checked out.

An older hotel that appears to be fairly well kept. Rooms were clean, and staff attended to them daily. Continental breakfast left much to be desired. Toast and coffee, and if you got there early a piece of fruit. That could be improved upon, but overall was good value for the money.
