The lady behind the desk was very rude just because she was having a bad day. She didn’t need to take it out on her customers, she don’t like her job maybe she get a different one

We arrived after 330 pm room was not ready. Front office person was having a bad day and was swearing. Got our room when we first got in the room it smelled like cigarettes. No towels had to go down twice to get towels. Bed was comfortable sheets were clean

...this hotel was "fine" in a pinch. There were several low points: there was no bottom sheet on our bed. There were no towels in the room. The towels I went to get from the front desk were fresh out of the laundry, which was actually nice. The property was poorly maintained, as was the room. There were stains everywhere - we put our shirts over the pillows. Overall... not a great experience.

No towels or pillows linens had stains plus a fire in a laundry room clerk didnt care anorher guest had to call 911 Plus tv didnt work only sound. Check out immentaly requested a full refund she said it go threw monday stil havent got it. Another room had cocroachs. Do not stay here

TV didn't work. No towels and when I asked I was told they had none. The key card had to be redone every time we left and came back. The room had "dirt" smeared on the walls. Beds had mold spots on the sheets. No shampoo or soap. No paper towels or anything like that. It was just overall not good at all. I never write reviews, but felt compelled with this place. Save your money and get a nicer motel or just get a hotel.

Room was not clean. No towels insnide the room. No tv, locks were iffy and would not lock correctly. I would not recommend thus place to anyone nor will I ever resort to staying here ever again. Check in person was rude and claimed she never checked me into the room after giving me a card less than 3 mins before going back to complain about the room.

I will mention that this was a last minute stop as we were getting tired and needed to stop driving for the night. Toliet barely flushed, weird stains on the sheets, bed, pillows, shower and curtain, and the walls. Absolutely no towels at 7:30 in the morning. Sink pressure was so high that it splashed EVERYWHERE. Door had to be shut with force to get it shut all the way. Good part, the tv worked.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY OVERBOOK LIE AND SAY THERES NO CLEANING PEOPLE CANT EVEN CALL U TO NOTIFY YOU.

It was terrible no pillows no wash rags or towels toilet wasn't working properly air conditioners didn't work no garage can etc..

The pool is empty and there’s no water in it The vending machine didn’t work terrible place to visit and I would not want to live there. You know extended stay type of thing. The place was gross.

They cancelled all of our rooms at 11:30pm on the day of check-in.

Staff was friendly, but your management needs to step their maintenance game up many notches...

The sheets were used, hair was on the pillows, nets were everywhere, the carpet was dirty, no towels! Could eat in room because of nets everywhere! Bathroom was dirty! Basically I had to clean my owe room upon my arrival! Staff rude, disrespectful and aggressive!
