The bed was nice. Towels where hard to come by

The room had bugs I had to stay in my truck because of the roaches

We went to the front desk to ask for towels and the attendant told us they didn’t have any left… and that there wouldn’t be any available until housekeepers were back - which he said would be the next day at 10am, at which point we would be checking out at 11am. Needless to say, it was one of the worst hotel stays we ever had.

Pet friendly and great location

Absolutely nothing. - cockroaches - broken tv - dirty floors - no linens - lied about reimbursement.

Still waiting for my money back. Was their for about 45mins then noticed roaches behind the headboard and left there quickly. Told the guy at the counter and he said he will reimburse my card but still haven't got that OR the damage deposit back.

Cleaning and personal rude

I was glad I wasn't the one staying there. The place is disgusting. 1. It advertises non-smoking, but the person at the front desk was clearly smoking at the desk. 2. The place is disgusting. 3. I paid for a room for someone in trouble, and I was forced to drive to the site to provide my credit card for backup for the $75 fee after I already paid the room rental. I was in Clearwater MN and had to get to Saint Paul MN and arrived after 9 pm. The only other option was to send an image of my card to someone I don't want to have my card. 4. The manager was not helpful. 5. On-site I saw the place was dirty, locked doors were propped open, and the room itself was nasty with dirt in the corners. I felt sad leaving my person there.

Location was 15 min from where I needed to go. The room has cockraches, sheets had some stains on them. The shower head dribbled water rather than steamed. The shower curtain was moldy and there were no toiletries available. One bar of hand soap was all that was in there. For 80$ a night I expected a higher level of quality.

I like that it was in Roseville Minnesota. I liked being able to book online through booking and I liked being able to pay using Cash App. When we got there, the receptionist was swearing at somebody who was who had just left the lobby and hoping that that an effort didn’t come back in. We just stood there, not saying anything with my two minor children and myself at 11 o’clock at night. Then she couldn’t get the key working and kept shoving it up and down the slot to get it to work and was swearing at the key because it wasn’t working. We then went up to the hotel room and there was no blankets on the bed, the sheets were filthy, when we pulled back the sheets, one of them had obviously been laid in. There was dirt in Hair and bugs in it, there were no towels, the bathroom shower was black instead of white. The walls were filthy. We could not stay there. We had to leave the and stay in the car. We were gonna sleep in the car since it was so late however people were coming and going. I think the hotel is used for sex workers. We ended up needing to go and find another safe place to stay because even the parking lot was not safe. I’m hoping I can get a refund of my $80. That was the most horrible experience we’ve ever had. premises and stay at.

Disappointing

Stay there only if truly necessary. Noone at the front desk. I waited for 20 minutes, and had to come back. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No towels. Saw some roaches. Wouldn't stay there again.

There were no towels in the room, no fridge. The sheets were stained. Also the charges me $75 additionally to my room charge. I did nothing to the room and they did not return my $75. I have been calling the motel and they answer and hang up. I would like my money returned.

there wasn't any' just coffee. the large mouse or maybe it was a young rat that was in the room and crawled out through a hole in the wall!!
