Staff at check in, Lena, and the manager, Matthew, were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Bed was very comfortable. Facility was clean, mostly.

The room was acceptably clean, but the rest of the facility could use a deep clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room HVAC worked fine.

We had a jacuzzi room which was nice but the faucet was in the far corner against the wall. Not well placed. Breakfast was ok. Staff was great.

Room was clean; a/c unit wasn’t very powerful. The bathroom was a nice size, however there were rust marks in the tub. Breakfast was okay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of breakfast choices. Clean. Keycards weren’t working, so staff had to run around letting people into their rooms, which is inconvenient for them and the people staying.

Make sure you don't get a room adjacent to interstate. Add a star if your room is on the front side of property.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Problem was the bathroom was in a terrible state. Drywall had chunks missing along the baseboard, and paint was curling. The room also smelt musty/moldy. Hot tub and pool were nice.

This was a very brief stay for me, but the staff was very friendly and check in was very easy. The site said the hotel had an outstanding breakfast, and from what the front desk said the description should have just said they have a breakfast. It wasn't anything special, but wasn't bad, and I went somewhere else instead.

Comfortable beds and great breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful - the pool was busy but well stocked with towels and clean. Our room could have used some walls and doors wiped down and the towels had some hairs but overall we were happy with our stay.

Room was not clean, staff was friendly.

The room was decently clean and the bedding was comfortable, but everything else about the hotel was unpleasant. The hall carpets seemed really dirty, the pool was cloudy and the hot tub was so unpleasant looking we didn’t touch it. The breakfast was unappetizing and the coffee was about the worst I ever tasted. It was simultaneously intensely bitter, cold and weak. I would look elsewhere the next time I am in the area.

No key card. Manager lent me a key to get in but the room was wide open. I required management to go in first to ensure no one was in the room. There was garbage in garbage cans that was not mine. There was a 2" gap on the bottom of the door and I had to put a towel to block the gap. Coming in at midnight as a mother with her young son I did not feel very safe. It was midnight and I was too exhausted to find an alternative. Very horrible experience.

Key making machine wasn’t working so we had to be accompanied to our room or one of us needed to stay in the room at all times. Though the sheets and towels were clean, the rest of the room was not. The counter tops and floors were a bit creepy. As was the furniture. The room we booked and to which we were first led had not been cleaned. The entire place needs a face lift. But the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Good location but busy and noisy. Premises need some TLC. High priced for value received.

The room was clean and comfortable. The sink was cracked in the bathroom and the tub was a little rusty and shower curtain had some mold on it.

The hotel is dated. The check in staff was not friendly. The entrance was dirty. The smell of marijuana was really bad. The pool area and first floor smell of Chlorine mad your eyes burn. I could not wait to get out of this place. Do not stay here.

Also. Please ask your cleaning crew to lift the toilet seat in the bathroom and notice if that needs extra attention in addition to the floors.

Staff were amazing. The continental breakfast had many options with a clean area to eat in. I found some hair in the room and the pull out couch needs help. Otherwise, okay stay for a last minute booking.
