Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rossford - Toledo South

Housekeeping came into my room at 7:15am! Maybe they knocked, but I did not hear and instead woke to someone shutting the door they had opened without saying anything. Staff was friendly but the facility is lacking. Would never choose this hotel again.

Just a quick overnight stay while trying to drive home. Ratings said the hotel was clean and bedding was clean, but our room had some dust build up on the toilet, tissue holder, and hair that was not ours on the floor. I just used a cleaning wipe to wipe it all down. Breakfast was fine, clean area. Hotel is overall fine for a quick visit, but bring your cleaner wipes just in case. 😅

AC was good in the room. no problems.

The bathroom shower was filthy. Too gross for me to even think about taking a shower let alone soak in the tub. The breakfast consisted of piles of unappetizing looking shriveled fried eggs and wrinkled up sausages. Limited selection of choices. No hot cereal. They were out of hot water so I had to wait ten minutes to make tea before I got on the road without the “free” breakfast. I would never recommend this hotel.

We have stayed multiple times and it's always super clean and staff is helpful and friendly.

The staff was rude.I asked the lady working if she was having a bad day to try to understand the hostility I felt and she just gave me a blank stare. I travel for work 8 months a year and this experience was absolutely terrible. Breakfast was bad to be expected but that’s kind of a given. The Hotel itself wasn’t all bad until you got to the room and seen the bathroom.It was nasty dirty and build up of dirt and who knows what all else In each corner. Pass on this place is all I can say.

Front desk staff very unfriendly. As usual they only make 3 comments—I need to see an id, what’s your vehicle make and license #, here’s your key. Low effort or poor training.

Courteous staff.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was massive construction and we could not figure out how to get there. We called the property and the clerk said she wasn’t from the area and couldn’t help us and to follow detour signs. Coming off a 12 hour drive we expected more from the property. All agents should be trained to help guests get to the hotel knowing the bridge was not available.

Clean room. Breakfast was typical continental buffet.

Staff is very helpful. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Basic but reliable place to stay overnight.

As soon as arriving there was an awful smell. We walked into our room and it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, dust everywhere the sheets had stains. The pool and hot tub were not clean hot tub not even hot. Not worth paying $110 a night for what we got. Will not be returning ever.

It was pretty enjoyable, Especially the breakfast But the pool room was dirty. The water looked cloudy. Bandaids on the floor. The toiletries were not good at all, there wasn't enough shampoo, or conditioner. Tiny bottles. The vending machine is a rip off. Aside from that. The hotel was enjoyable.
