Hampton Inn & Suites Toledo-Perrysburg

We stay here to get the 2 king bed suite. And due to great location. Staff is always friendly. Once again the pool wasn’t working. ( common problem) and this time we couldn’t get a remote that worked well for tv. This hotel is getting old but again that room makes it worth it

Very helpful staff, clean bathrooms, & great breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff but the rooms were old. Worn carpet. Room had a damp feel and an odor and the bed was terrible. We couldn’t wait for morning to check out.

I love staying at the Hampton Inns. You may pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.

Booked a room for 5 people - listing on hotels.com mentioned 2 queen beds + sofa bed but the allocated room had only 2 queen beds, front desk staff just said they were sold out and they did not even provide a roll away bed , asked them for credit but that too was not provided. I booked for 2 nights and asked them whether they could change the room at least for the second day and even for that staff was not responsive.

Parking was great was able to park the semi out front.

The hotel is directly adjacent to the highway but it is next to three other newer and less expensive hotels. This hotel has seen better days. The carpeting is so stretched out there are waves up and down the hall, made it impossible to wheel a suitcase. Everything could use a good cleaning and some upkeep. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The pool was closed with no warning upon booking the hotel. Our room was not as advertised with a pull out couch for a guest. THe staff has yet properly credited the honors program with our earned points.

Clean, convenient and accommodating

Only complaint is the low water pressure in the shower (4th) floor. Only way we raised pressure was making water too hot.

No notice on your site or theirs that pool was closed, we purposely booked for a pool & free breakfast. Stayed here years ago and was nice and attentive staff & then we had a nice room, not so much this time, shower know hard to regulate the water had trouble turning g down the hot water, shower dower door handle loose could fall apart. They just said to notify expedia..so I am. I am Marilyn Richardson, the person that booked reservation and paid for it. It was to be a special relaxing time away for us from all the rough times we've went through lately. But wasnt!

The staff very polite and pleasant. My stay was not comfortable other guest were slamming doors and allowing kids to run up and down the hallway. They had a sign stating the pool was not available for use due to maintenance.
