Good customer service. Good breakfast

Room was upgraded with all new remodel materials. My room was clean and peaceful. I had a death in my family and being here helped me to grieve and rest. Staff are very kind and safe. I will always be back when I come home to visit Roswell. Thank you for you kindness.

Very tired. AC struggled to cool room. It took hours for it to be cool. Breakfast was terrible.

Will choose this hotel again. Price and location were perfect!

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's not fancy but it's reasonably modern and well kept. The exterior is a little rougher; lots of smokers, cigarette butts, etc., but overall it's a nice place to stay - especially for the price. The pool is nice, the breakfast is not great and there is no gym.

Everything was pretty great! The only thing that was tough were the pillows. Other than that, everything was great! We left really early to get on the road so it was hard to find staff to check out one of the nights. The other night we stayed when drove back through had someone at the front desk so it was easier.

Best breakfast of any hotel we stayed at during your cross country trip.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and accommodating room (with much needed AC), ample parking, and a 5 minute drive to downtown attractions. Walking distance to restaurants and watering holes.

Nice clean and large rooms. Breakfast was very limited, but place was very clean and comfortable. I was doubled charged and having a hard time getting ahold of front desk to get money back.

Everything That I payed for 2nights only stayed 1 night bc had to leave at 12:pm had something come up and didn’t even get a refund for the on night

Disappointing

We had a great stay and the nice thing was we were able to check in much earlier than expected for a minimal fee. This was much needed after a long 6 hour drive and we were able to freshen up and rest before partaking in the festival activities. The room we had was at the end and quiet. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the hotel was near eating places. We checked out early so we didn’t get to try the breakfast but the staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and clean.
