This hotel is my go to in Roswell. Staff and Hotel are always fantastic

The desk clerk, Jordan, very congenial and helpful in suggesting the restaurant next door. It was July 5 and folks were still shooting off fireworks into the night. No fault of the hotel.

Convenient location and quiet. Nicer and more welcoming than other Fairfield properties I’ve stayed at. Really nice staff.

Overall a subpar experience. Staff was super unhelpful.

The room was very noisy and the bathroom full of bugs, special in the night time. Breakfast was ordinary, on Saturday opens at 7:00am and at 7:05 the coffee and eggs are finished… wow. Not impressed at all.

The property was nice and clean. But I hate that they no longer clean the rooms every day. Now you have to ask them to clean.

Friendly staff, especially Aaron and Melinda We were charged $12 +tax per day for parking. We were there 7 days so paid an additional $84 + for parking in a hotel lot that was never full and at times almost empty. Very unhappy at this additional fee!!

I had clearly booked two rooms, yet at check-in, I was assigned only one. Furthermore—although the front desk staff later admitted they had made a mistake and assigned me the two rooms—they charged me a rate for the second room that did not match the price I had seen on Booking.com.

I was given a room where behind the window was a breeding of pigeons and could not sleep all night from the noise.

Breakfast ok, nothing special. Location ok. Staff did not seem interested on arrival and were talking to you when looking at their computer screen.
