Location was great! Bed comfort and amenities were wonderful! Nice breakfast options. Had to be moved immediately to different room due to first having terrible animal odor & unclean. 2nd room was clean but terrible odor coming from drain in shower. Went away after running water. And overnight, small but pungent smell developed from AC unit.

Great, room for five, nice kitchenette. Breakfast was good, but out of food items, like they were done serving at 9:00, yet they served until 10:00.

It was too hot for us to walk to the UFO Museum, but you could do that from this hotel which is nice. My only dings: - the shower -- suprisingly weak water pressure. Temperature was fine. - breakfast was good, lots of variety. Not ideal temperature (the warmer kept everything luke-warm) However, I'm a vegetarian and they only had one set of tongs that was being used for both the meat and non-meat items. Not the end of the world, and you can get by fine, but when you see how upscale the whole dining setup is, this was a surprising oversight. - check-in staff. Manager and clerk were at the desk helping someone find other hotels (?), so I had to wait about 5 mintues for them to help that person. Then the manager left and the clerk returned to a phone call, so I had to continue waiting, while another couple of guests arrived and had to wait. Given there was a second computer, I have no idea why the clerk didn't just check people in while the manager helped the guy find a different hotel to stay at. No acknowledgment we were there, no apologies...just a bit of a cold introduction.

The pool was closed.

Very close to all the downtown activities very clean room. Front office staff was not very friendly. Seemed like they didn’t like their job very much.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the room was welcoming and clean. The staff was helpful and the Gym was well equipped.

Room was clean but did have a slight smell as if a pet had previously been in the room.

Everything a traveler needs! Comfy bed, great shower, spacious room, delicious breakfast, laundry and most importantly, doggie relief stations. All the amenities for a fair price. Clean and safe. Close to downtown Roswell.

Room was very clean, roomy, breakfast was great! The beds are comfortable, perfect for my family of 5.

Very happy with our stay here. Large rooms, lots of drawers space, nice little kitchenette. Good parking, walking distance from downtown.

Everything in my room and in the hotel was great. The pool was nice, the breakfast was good. I loved having the kitchenette in my room. I was shocked at the number of dogs staying at the hotel. It you are not a dog person, or are allergic, keep in mind this hotel promotes itself as very dog welcoming. The first room they put me in smelled very strongly of wet dog. The room they changed me to did not at all and I had a very nice stay.
