The Greens Hotel - Stockton Blvd

Lots of gated parking.

The internet for the TV was spotty so the only amenity I could see did not work. Staff were great but they do not have a lot to work with. This is a bare bones place to see for a night. I’ll try another place the next time.

Pictures on booking site did not match property or room type. Room was not very clean and bathroom smelled very dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable. Needed assistance early morning on 7/16 and was unable to reach anyone resulting in us being locked out of hotel. I would not feel comfortable booking this again

If you dont mind the outside area being very poor, its not as bad as it could be. I wouldn’t stay more than one night and would not spend time in the room other than for sleeping. The rooms could be better but it was fine. 6/10 overall, spend a little more to get a better place than here but if you dont mind the area and price, its worth a shot for a night

A good safe place to stay no extras just a place to stay.

The only thing I didn’t like is the hundred dollar hold, but besides that it was very professional a great compound looking place you have to have a code to get in seemed very safe a good family oriented place and you can take family and be safe accept cash as a deposit but besides that it is a great atmosphere

Obviously, the price is right, but management might consider installing coat hooks since there is no closet and, therefore, no way to hang up clothes. For one night, that might be okay, but I was there three!

Refrigerated smelled like rotten eggs when opening. Bedsheets had red stains. Staff was nice. Parking was great and safe. I love the fact that they had an extra security lock in the room.

The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpul. This is a basic room. Zero frills, but for the price it is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, I did see long hairs stuck to the shower walls and some light blood splatter near the bathroom door jam. Kinda gross. But, I stayed just one night and the hotel did its job. It is a gated area so I felt pretty safe.

The room was great right near where I needed to be for an appointment.

If you want a genuine review read this. Its not bad but its not good the price of it was decent but when i tell you they are stingy and greedy with early check in. They wanted me to pay 25 dollars for a early check in which was 20 min from the check in time at 3:00 pm. The room was not that bad it was comfortable house keeping is good. But sometimes they let in a bunch of weird people. At checkout time I got attacked by 2 dogs and i told him to control his dogs or ill hurt them and the owner started swearing and yapping about how someone was in the ceiling playing games which i found really weird. Some of the people there are weird and some are normal so you never know whos what. On top of that they've just raised their prices by like 40 dollars. I wouldn't stay there again unless they go back to like 55 USD a night cause that's actually how much its worth. Wouldnt stay there again,

Always a decent place to stay when visiting my daughter at Sac state.

Great for solo travelers and property is very peaceful

The hotel manager was very helpful and responsive when we had an issue w our door key.
