mostly the location. Owner attempt to charge an upgrade fee for my service dog. Claiming that pets are not allowed in common areas. Although, 90% of the hostel has common area spaces with the exception of private room rental. I declined the fee charge.

It was a very easy location to find from the amtrak station.The stuff was pleasant and very accommodating to various situations.I would definitely stay there again.

It was off the street. My cot, or the one under, reeked of urine. The shower is partially blocked up. The bathroom is serviceable but not what I'd call clean. The cot is the worst tho..... I don't know if I was smelling the person under me or the cot itself.
